Charles Prayor gets 5 Stars for his excellent assistance

Charles Prayor gets 5 Stars for his excellent assistance and professionalism with updates on my RV repair. However, the mechanic who worked on my RV failed to correctly diagnose the reason the power windows only worked intermittently. The mechanic did replace a faulty power door lock switch which enabled the door locks to work correctly. Prior to driving from north Georgia (approx a 2hr drive) to pick up the RV on June 18, I specifically asked if the replacement of the door lock switch would also correct the power window issue and was told that it would. This message was relayed by Charles from the mechanic. Upon arrival at the dealership I was told that the electronic lock box which held customer keys had no power and could not be opened by the dealership. After waiting approximately 1 and a half hours, the lock box vendor arrived with a key allowing retrieval of customer keys. When I inspected the RV I found that the power windows STILL did not work. I left the RV with Charles Prayor for the repair to be completed. Due to my time being wasted on June 18, I also requested Charles to arrange for the dealership to deliver my RV to the Chevrolet dealership in Jasper, GA when the repair was completed which he handled very professionally. I was notified on June 21 that the mechanic determined that the power window circuit breaker was faulty. I approved the repair and a few days later picked up my RV at the Jasper dealership. I am very happy with the assistance that Charles Prayor provided and he represents the dealership well. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle failed to correctly identify the faulty window circuit breaker caused a great deal of inconvenience and a waste of time for me. Please give the mechanic additional training. Also, I greatly appreciate Abu (last name not known) driving my RV to Jasper.
