Our deal started out a little bit on the rocky side. We were a bit far off on our trade numbers. However, we had the most awesome salesman, Shawn Lopes, who jumped in and brokered a deal that was acceptable for us. From that point, Shawn worked with us in every way to facilitate a smooth, timely purchase. When we came back to dealership Shawn had the Jeep shined and ready. The finance folks, Chris and Mathew worked with us and Mathew was able to dig us up a warranty that fit our budget and gave us peace of mind for the future. Hoping this will be my last purchase but, something tells me it won’t be. If I do purchase again, I will come back and see the folks at Cross Chrysler, Jeep, Fiat.
