A great experience

I was treated with kindness from the moment I walked into the service area. Which by the way is state of the art ! Everyone is eager to help you. The rental company was very helpful as well.

Purchased Vehicle #4

We just purchased our 4th vehicle from David Dodge and I think that speaks for itself. Always treated professionally and courteously. More than likely, #5 will be from David too!

Feeling safe and secure!

We took our van in for an oil change and a last-minute check before driving to the Florida Keys for the winter. Per usual, we departed David Dodge service department with a feeling of confidence that our vehicle was safe and ready to make the trip. We are extremely pleased to have found David Dodge and to be able to recommend them to friends and family. Everyone on the service team has been wonderful to deal with. I cannot say enough great things about Dana and Bob. We are treated like family. And we thank you for your continued excellent attention to detail. Randy & Sue Huber

Poor desk service in Service area

Had my Jeep in for recall service, was called that it was ready. Was dropped off there before going to dinner with family to celebrate a birthday. Clerk behind counter took name said everything was good and the jeep would be brought around front in five minutes, after 15 minutes I came in looking for my Jeep again and was told they couldn't find in. Took another 10 minutes to locate it. Doesn't say much when an auto dealer can't find a car that was worked on that day in the parking lot.

Great Experience!

Called Dave Cooke about a 2014 Jeep we saw on the website and within hours we were approved and coming in to sign paperwork! Jan was very helpful and made the paperwork process a breeze. Dave walked us through all the car features and was extremely helpful!

Super and very helpful

Service manager and parts manager very helpful and excellent treatment. I felt very confident in the tecks that were working on my truck. Work in the past was always complete nd fixed.

Excellent treatment by two professional employees

I would like to point out, two outstanding employees, at David Dodge/Jeep in Glen Mills, PA. They are Melissa Haas (internet coordinator) and Chris Graff (sales). Both of these employees, deserved to be recognized, for their honesty and professionalism. I have been to many dealerships, but, their performance, "stands out". Though I did not purchase a vehicle this time, I will definitely go back to David DJ, because of these two employees. Respectfully, Denis J. Kwasnieski

As good as it gets!

I knew what I wanted. I had a Jeep Grand Cherokee that I had leased for three years. I got other bids. I went to David Dodge and told them what/where/when. They gave me a drastically lower payment that the other dealers for the same down payment and term. They did not waste my time. They EXCEEDED my expectations.

Trouble with powertrane and transmission control modular

Service was not very interested in my issues. 2017 jeep Cherokee altitude should not have to be brought in three times when I just bought the car 2 months previous. Jerry in sales great. One more issue and I will file under the lemon law. Two times they blamed the software when in fact the TCM needed replaced. The ECM came on, the brake light came on, every time I stopped car turned off and said turn brake off. I have always bought my car from DAVID dodge as well as many family and friends but I can't say I would refer anyone at this point.
