Great Experience with Scott Streeter and Dave Zarzycki

Brought my car in for service for a repair of a flickering headlight and a noise from my blower motor. Scott Streeter and Dave Zarzycki took great care of my car. Turns out it was a short in the electrical system which required a few days in the shop. They provided me with a rental car and took care of the problem - as always. Can't say enough good things about Scott and Dave. Thank you! Happy Holidays! I highly recommend this dealership for sales and service and parts. Also spoke with Jim in parts about some accessories for my car who was very helpful!

Leased a Jeep

From Day 1 when I reached out to David Dodge Jeep I was treated as a VIP. Process was quick and painless. I would highly recommend speaking to Ed for a new car as I finally enjoyed securing a new vehicle, one process I typically cant stand to do.

Breezed through the sales process!

I had reached out to Bob Weibe in advance to let him know about my trade-in, what I was looking for, what I wanted to spend and my level of uncertainty. He did his homework, had vehicles ready for me to test drive and did a great job getting me into an upgraded model within my price range. I'm thrilled with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee!

Amazing!!

We purchased our first Jeep at David Dodge this past weekend and it was a wonderful experience from the minute we walked through the door. Everyone was friendly and our salesman Steve Ellis was very knowledgeable and personable helping us find a vehicle that was just the right fit for our needs. If you're looking for a dealership with low pressure, genuine caring, and amazing customer service I highly recommend going here!

not fixed

I feel like they were incompetent they didn't fix my car correctly and I felt like they think my time is not worth anything. I am so frustrated with this jeep product I'm ready to inget rid of it.

Treated with respect , they did what other dealers could not

We loved our salesman, he listened to what we asked for and took us to the exact car, the payment was better than we expected , then it was off to the dreaded finance department, I was very wrong in my assumption of what was to come, another fast, easy smooth few minutes. I drive a lot and go thru many cars and deal with many dealerships, this one is unlike any other in a very positive way. I will absolutely go back.

Questions

I took in my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a warning light about the air suspension system. I was told there was a leak in the compressor which had to be replaced at a cost of over $2000.00. Within a few days after the repair, the same warning light came on. This time I was told it was simply a blown fuse. Makes one wonder. Also, my wife had to drop the vehicle off for me the second time and was treated rudely by the staff who questioned her about the warning light in an accusatory manner because it didn't come on when they started the car. I'm getting rid of the Jeep and will never use David Dodge again.
