I’ve generally had great experiences at Luther Kia, but I’m truly disappointed with my most recent service. In almost three years of being a customer, I’ve never had my service take two hours—something that might be understandable if they were exceptionally busy. However, the "complimentary" car wash they promised never happened. My front windshield was wet, but the rest of the car was still covered in dust and dirt. Additionally, the routine checks—such as the battery check, cabin filter inspection, and other usual services that are included with every visit—were not performed. These are things I usually look forward to, especially with winter approaching. I’m not particularly into cars so I’ve relied on Luther Kia for these essential services. This time, however, I left feeling let down. I’ve always trusted Luther Kia for reliable service, and I’m hoping this was just an unusual experience. I hope my future visits are more in line with what I’ve usually experienced.

No video of car inspection was provided. I have received inspection videos on prior visits, so lack of video made this visit less informative and satisfactory than prior visits. Was extra disappointing considering that I paid for additional service which included a series of supplemental inspection points.

He explained everything that would be done as well as the price. I was also offered an unexpected coupon.
