Had my vehicle service at online even though I purchased it at another dealer. Liked the service department so much I bought a new truck from Aaron he... gave the same high level of customer service as the service department. Go see Kline for service or sales.

I purchased a 2016 corvette from Kline a week ago and it’s already in the shop at my Chevy dealer from an issue i discovered driving it for a week, transmission... is very jumpy at cruising speeds and my Chevy dealer says there’s moisture in the trany fluid, $500 fix. I have a 2;500 mile warranty and purchased a $3,800 extended warranty so I figured Kline would cover it being a week old and having the warranties, NOT. I talked to Bret the used car manager and he was extremely rude and couldn’t understand why I took it in for service; nobody brings a car in for service for the fun of it. He was also ripping on the Chevy dealer for their dignosis. Bret doesn’t care about the customer so don’t buy a used car from them. I also talked to Ivan the service manager and he said it was a good idea to have a Chevy dealer to work on car, now and in the future. I’m a very easy going guy but this was uncalled for.

It is my understanding when Brett and your husband discussed this Friday at 5pm . . . they agreed they would... get together after the holiday weekend when our shop was opened. We bought a 10k Nissan Altima. The Salesperson lied there were no transmission issues and not to worry. 3 months later transmission went out! Buyer beware!

My experience that Nissan Kline is the best and alway my favorite is Nissan is never change than any car brand Kia, totoya, many names. This guy name is... Chris Little is one so cool and too friendly smile always the time. He is incredible guy.

Services were explained. Advisor took the time to elaborate on each category on the multi-point inspection and recommended repairs as needed.
