We have had dealings in the past w3ith very aggressive salesmen and that turns us off. We live in South Dakota and searched locally for a used Toyota but the selection was very few. We searched online for the Denver area. We saw the ads for Mountain States Toyota and decided to see for our selves. We arrived there around 6 pm Saturday and were pleasantly surprise after we found Ryan Benipayo to assist us. The two used cars that we had been looking at weren't available, as one had just been sold and the other one was in the shop and wouldn't be rteady until Monday late. Ryan the suggested that he had a 2026 Corolla and that it wasn't too much more than the previously mentioned cars that were 2025 models. Ryan made it very smooth for our purchase and we feel that we got a very good deal. Ryan explained everything and said that if we had any concerns or problems, to call him. We arrived in Denver this past Saturday from Sout Dakota about 6PM. We were looking at a couple of their used cars online. We talked to the salesman at Mountain States Toyota, (Ryan), and discovered that one had been sold and the other one was in the shop and wouldn't be ready until late Monday. I told my wife thaqt buying a car that we liked wasn't meant to be. Then Ryan said what about a new car. He showed us a Corolla that was te exact color that my wife wanted. Ryan was a big help guiding us through the process, but it was getting close to closing time, so we picked up Monday and finished our purchase. We are very happy customers . When we need another car, we will probably make trip from South Dakota to Denver agsin. Thank you.

Bought a vehicle alright . However can’t reach anyone to help me with title work can’t get my suv plates , no one returns my calls . Being an out of state buyer does not help at all .

Ryan did a good job and the transaction went smoothly. Ryan could have given us a little more attention towards the electronics of the vehicle.
