The service person Patrick was more than helpful and was pleasant with greeting and follow thru service needed. Patrick went out of his way to accommodate my need for a loaner car due to a my misunderstanding the time needed for the repairs.

After checking the website, I visited the dealership to take a test drive for a vehicle that caught my attention. From the initial contact with Jack Eisenstadt, my sales consultant, it was a pleasant experience. I did not buy the vehicle but Jack gave me the time to understand what I was looking for. After three weeks, Jack called to inform me of a used SUV that was just traded-in that fit my profile. He was correct. I bought the SUV the next day. Two months ago I walked into Gary Rome hundyai expecting to look and purchase a used vehicle that would get me from A to B without another break down!
