We strive to make sure that all of our customers leave happy, and it's disappointing to learn that we missed the mark here.
I drove 2+ hours to buy the car and traded mine in on 8/22. Sale went absolutely fine. However, I was told that I should have a registration by the following Wednesday. In MA you need to have an inspection sticker within 7 days of getting a new vehicle. IN order to do that, you need a registration. If stopped for no inspection sticker, your car can be impounded. I started calling on Thursday 8/28 to find out where the registration transfer process was. After leaving numerous messages and getting no return call I finally called the online sales girl and she transfeerred me to the finance person I dealt with. Left him a msg and no call back. Called him again and he said that he would email me the registration within an hour. Three hours later, I called back and got his voice mail Called again and got Amber and told her not to send me to someone's voice mail.. Talked to Dyan who told me they didn't submit the paperwork until two days before I needed it in order to get a sticker. Long weekend (Labor Day) never left my house. Police told me at end of Friday, no sticker, stay off the roads. Had to borrow a car to go to work yesterday. Got a message from Dylan 9/2 saying that they had sent someone to get the registration and would email me a copy yesterday.. Didn't happen and I still can't get a sticker or use my car. Very disappointing that they don't take calls nor return calls. I'm going to have to rent a vehicle if I don't have the registration sometime today.
