Stephen DeRosa phoned me to tell me the 2nd key for my new Fit was available. When I arrived he told me it might take an hour to activate the key. He offered me water and snacks and invited me to sit in the lounge. He checked on me about halfway through the process and offered more water. He was very pleasant and courteous.

Mohammed Ghaffer (Sales Agent) and Eddy Quiroz (Finance) were both AMAZING. I’ve never experienced and dealt with such nice, caring, intelligent, and welcoming people before. They never pressured me into anything and were able to help me with whatever I needed. Definitely asked for these two when purchasing a car. I had been to a handful of dealerships before I ended up at Honda and no one was able to help or even treat me good. Walking into the Honda dealership was a completely different experience. They treated me with kindness and respect immediately and they helped me achieve in a couple hours what I had been trying to do for months. I will never go to another dealership that isn’t Honda.
