Gisel Centeno is so well at her job. While waiting for banks to get back to us she kept checking on us and overing coffee and snacks and going above and beyond, especially since she doesn’t earn a commission. Never felt like I had to buy a car she let me choose between this Nissan suv that I loved because it was an SUV and the Honda crossover. Since I got the crossover and not a Honda suv or truck like I wanted she explained that I could build my credit up and come trade it in for an suv or truck from them and I won’t be in the car forever since I’m a weirdo who doesn’t like cars that much. The whole experience at holler Honda was amazing. My dad was with my and is bringing his girlfriend up there and might even get himself a car from there in the future. I would so recommend anyone to go here. I never went to a dealership before I thought I was stuck at buy here pay here’s and junk cash cars. But they really do work with you they want you to be happy and get a car.

Faith in Honda Restored

Had one of those unsettling Check Engine lights pop up. Brought my Ridgeline in to Holler Honda for service. The Service Advisor, Scott Farrer, had the problem diagnosed quickly and found a way to have a potentially large expense reduced to something very reasonable. Thank you Scott.

Honda crv

Manuel Vando was very helpful and knowledgable. I am elderly and sometimes cannot understand new things but he explained things to me in a way I did.

Great Service

Came in with a jumped dead battery. The worker that checked me in immediately was very courteous and checked my battery with a tester to confirm that it needed to be replaced. Then he handed me off to Drew Craig the service tech. He had the battery replaced and the electrical system checked out in maybe 30 minutes. No charge--still under warranty. Couldn't ask for a better overall experience!

One of the best service in Orlando and best in my experience. Thank you guys, well done and Ive got a free oil change for my car. Good coffee, everyone sooooo much friendly. My CRV will come only to this dealer. They done tire rotation, oil change and wheels balancing.

Pain free car buying experience at Holler Honda

Both salesman Pedro Earle and Finance Director Daniel were personable, professional and--aside from a lengthy wait between agreeing to purchase the car and doing the paperwork--expedient. Pedro was very patient with my repetitive questions and desire to see multiple vehicles. Daniel was quick with the paperwork and--for the first time in my 40-plus years of car-buying--did not pressure me into up-selling warranties and the like. Highly recommend.
