Never consistent

Holler honda is one of the worse car dealers I have ever dealt with and once again they let me down booked appt 2 months ago S I had a very small window to get new tires as I’m traveling. I requested specific tires. Of course I show up they have no idea why I’m there and do not have the tire and it takes almost 45 minutes to evenget the car into the shop. No respect for my time. All this said I did have an excellent customer service rep this visit not usually the car and he seemed to be working hard but even he could not get their system to work better as I had to wait an hour for new tires to be delivered still not the tires I wanted but supposedly comparable , my actual mechanic didn’t agree but now there I was. I hate holler honda but if you find yourself stuck here for some reason I would ask for Luis friAs as he was very nice and through even I’d holler still stinks.

I always have a good experience when I come there

Love coming to honda to get my services done When I get there people are always friendly any very accommodating .l like also the fact that they have snacks

Great sales team

Pasquale Lobianco was great he answered all my questions and meet all my needs showing me all the options on the vehicle very impress we the team was a smooth and pleasant transaction.

Made it super easy, delivered the car to us!

Peter Tran with Holler Honda made it super easy. My wife went in and signed the paperwork when I was out of town. Peter brought the car to my office, I signed my part, he gave us our new car, and he drove our trade back to the dealership! Holler Honda made it super easy and the total time between my wife and me was less than an hour total at the dealership! This is the way buying a car should be! Nice Job! I love telling the other car dealers who are calling a week later, "I already bought a car." Too many car dealers want to play the "wear you down game" and make you invest hours in the car buying process until you just give in. Holler didn't play any of those games! I would buy other cars here in a heart beat!

Off the charts

I was guided through the process by a sales consultant (Ghulam) who devoted several hours to making sure all my questions were answered. The sales manager (Mario) and the general manager (Gavin) gave informed opinions and advice to customize the vehicle to my needs and budget. The experience was a real pleasure and Ghulam and his co-worker followed me home with my new purchase.

Best service hands down!

I went in with negative equity and wanted a 2018 Honda civic. (i didn’t really think it was possible) but without a doubt they worked it out and got me my dream car!! i am so thankful for how much help they put in to make sure i was satisfied, i 100% recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase!

Awesome experience!

My husband and I recently leased a 2018 Honda Civic Si sedan. We arrived late in the evening, due to our work schedules. The team there was so helpful, friendly and accommodating! Peter Tran was our salesman/person of contact and he was wonderful! He was very patient with us and super knowledgeable about the car. He made our decision very easy. We highly recommend this dealership and the entire team! Also.. we absolutely LOVE the car!!

Excellent

i just recently purchased a new 2018 Honda Civic and i am in Love. My experience at Honda was amazing and that?s mainly because my representative Mohammad Ghaffar he always made sure i was completely satisfied and had the car i truly wanted. I would recommend everyone to go to him. He?s definitely a great addition to the Honda team members.
