Initial service of my new CRV

Ryan Zayas did a great job. Pleasant knowledgeable and got me quickly in and out. Great first impression of the service facility. Look forward to continuing having my vehicle serviced at Holler Honda

Wilfer Buitrago is really amazing!!!!

I bought my 2018 Honda Accord from Holler Honda yesterday-2/28/2018, thanks to the amazing help I received from Wilfer Buitrago, a sales person. Wilfer was very patient with me and worked with me online and through phone calls until I had all the required documents submitted for the approval. I had to fly from Atlanta Georgia to Holler Honda in Orlando to get my car. Again, Wilfer was at the entrance to meet with me and took me in and made sure I was comfortable. In short, I will ask all the people I know to do Business with Holler Honda. And Oh!, Steven Soto at the finance department was also amazing. He never relented until I got the best rate for my auto-financing. The staff are all amazing.

Oil change , tire rotation

It's always a pleasure doing business with Holler Honda. Drew Craig in the service department , has outstanding customer service. Drew is pollite , curtious and a overall joy to do business with. I plan on using Drew again

UNIMAGINATIVE

I have had an extremely distasteful experience at Holler Honda that I can only describe as racism that resulted in racial inequality. Earlier this month I over heard and saw an employee in the service department speaking to a CUSTOMER in plain sight. She thought she was alone with him but I was observing when she asked the customer who his advisor was. His advisor was a black male. She asked if he was sure the advisor was the male he thought it was and not another young black male who sat in the back because “You know they all look alike” I didn’t find this amusing, neither did the customer who immediately looked to the victim at his desk who overheard the racist comment she made about him and loudly screamed “call H.R.” At this point there were two customers disgusted with her comments. The young man notified management and according to his words would contact H.R. I’m not sure if there was any punishment dealt to this woman for boldly attacking the race of many and offending the customers and other employees of Holler Honda but she is still currently employed there. The victim was extremely upset by the matter and I can’t help but hope there will be justice. Im not sure what it takes for action to be taken considering she is still employed with the company but, two unfortunate customer had to experience racism and an employee was devastated by her words. Her continued employment say this matter doesn’t appear to MATTER to Holler Honda. The code of ethics apparently doesn’t apply when you are African American at Holler Honda.

Manny Vando - Holler Honda

Manny Vando was very informative and helpful during our repair to our 2016 Honda Pilot. Our vehicle needed to be towed to dealership and he gave me all information to help in the process.

Holler Honda Sales - Amazing Experience

Peter and Pat were amazing sales people. There is nothing that I could put into word to describe the experience. You just need to go experience for yourself. I?m not buying another car from another delalership. I was that impressed with them. Amazing!

Service for car

Took my car in for its second service for an oil change - not knowing that I needed tire rotation and balancing. Drew Craig took such good care of me and my car - explaining everything that needed to be done and why. He made sure that I was comfortable as well as ensured that services were done in a timely fashion. Drew and the entire Holler Honda team are an awesome group of folks whose customer service is top notch!

I’m back in a Honda and loving it thanks to Holler

We bought a car from another dealer in South Orlando a few years ago (I bought 6 previous cars from them). They were soooo bad that we were done with Honda forever. But then decided to just “look” at Holler. Will greeted me ans was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. This dealer was honest, up front, and made the experience so drastically different that I ended up driving off in a new 2018 full featured Honda. Holler saved our business with Honda that another dealer lost years ago. Honda’s are great and I finally found a dealer wirth buying them from. Will is fantastic

New Tires

I had to replace the tires on my 2014 Pilot, I was hesitant about buying them from the dealer because I believed they would be more expensive. To my surprise the price was very reasonable. Service Rep Colleen Beach is awesome and so easy to talk to and work with. She answered all my question and she was on point with the estimate time the work would take.
