What is this

I would definitely come back to buy another Honda from this dealer. Never had a customer service representative treat me so nicely. Pedro Earle was super to deal with. Very pleasant. You finance gentleman was also super nice.

Service

I had maintenance service performed on my 2017 Honda Civic. Dylan Sangil was the representative that took care of me. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I will continue to drive the 1 hour and 45 minutes to Holler Honda for service and will request Dylan each time I need service. I cannot say enough about Holler Honda. This is the second car I bought from them and the service department is excellent.

Pastor

I have bought a # of new Honda's from Holler - Mohammed Ghaffar has been very fair in sales and Dylan Sangil is the most outgoing, efficient Service Tech I have ever dealt with at any dealership. These two men are the reasons my wife and I continue doing business with Holler. They are both assets to this dealership.

Top rate service!

It is very rare to find a car dealership that follows up on all of their promises and commitments, I can unequivocally say that this was the case when I visited this location. Everyone was courteous and invested in the consumer even if you were not their sale. My sales rep Raul Becerra gave me his ear and met all of my expectations. The car was being purchased by my wife with myself serving as her liaison, never once did I run into a situation that could not be handled by the staff. Mr. Becerra seemed to be the antithesis of what we as the cosumer would consider to be an auto salesman. He did not promise anything he could not deliver and even informed me that he would take care of all the paperwork until my wife could arrive the following day. It was by far the best auto buying experience I have ever had up to this point. Mr. Becerra is a great asset to the organization and I wish him all the best with his future endeavors. As for the dealership, I highly recommend that you at least swing by and give them a chance to earn your business, I promise you will not be dissapointed. Kudos to Holler Honda. We purchased a Honda Civic hatchback turbo and my wife loves it!!!

Absolutely Excellent

First time going to this particular dealer and I was expecting long waiting and delays But u was wrong Jerome Williams was the service advisor and took care of us as we walked in with our vehicle all tho he estimated 2hours service and by the hour we were picking our vehicle back. Overall Mr Williams was Absolutely amaixing and very informative Thank You Jerome and Thank You Holler Honda 😊👍🏻 ??????????

Was worried arriving at 5pm I would find that they could not provide service that day, but after exchanging jokes with Dane Thompson I was pleased to find out my car could be serviced right away. I really had just finished my personal calls when I was notified my car was ready to go. In and out in less than an hour. It was a record for me.
