My visit was to have my Civic service. I was looking at the new Accord when Pedro Earle came over and ask I was looking to purchase a new car.I told him no just looking ,he ask if I wanted to look inside the car ,he showed me and I ended up trading my 2013 civic for 2018 accord. This was the fourth Honda Civic I purchased from Holler Honda in Orlando. After having walk around the Dealership for over an hour and no approach or assistance by anyone, I decided to walk inside the show room to ask a few questions. I was approached by Ms. Trish Martin sales consultant who was very helpful and answered all my questions reference purchasing a new car and financing with Honda and all other discount offers for retired military. Ms Martin was very professional and courteous, she made the whole purchase experience very simple and easy on the 2017 Honda Civic LX.
