First service on my 2017 CRV

Stephen Derosa made taking the car in for service a pleasure. He met me at my car, went through what was being done, completed paperwork, text notified me when finished, and walked me to where the car was parked. He made everything clear while providing advise for future maintenance. Great experience!

Collen Beach Service - Honda Element

I had my 2007 Honda Element serviced before driving it 3200 miles in a move from Orlando, FL to Seattle, WA. Colleen Beach was my Service Manager. I explained my situation to her, and she made sure everything was checked so that I would have a safe trip. In my 4 years in Orlando, Holler Honda has been my go-to service dealer. They have always taken good care of my Element and provided friendly, timely service. Colleen is a great member of their team and will take good care of you.

Great Experience buying my new 2017 Honda CRV EX-L

I have bought 4 Hondas from Holler Honda since moving to FL in 1995. This was by far the best experience that I have had in the process of buying my 2017 CRV EX-L. My Sales Person, Wesley Shumbert, was the Best! Throughout the entire process he was there to guide me, answering all my questions before I even asked them. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all the details, including explaining all aspects of the CRV, the buying process and anything else that came up. When it came the day to pick up my new CRV he explained and demoed all aspects on how the car and it features work. At one point, he asked if he had given me the second keybob already and my reply was no. He said don't worried if need be he would even drive to my residence and bring me this keybob. This was not necessary because I was wrong and he had already given me the second one, I just had forgotten that I had already put it in my briefcase. Talk about going above and beyond! I would definitely refer friends to him at Holler Honda who might be looking for a new vehicle. I also wanted to mention Jennifer Rios (I think I have her last name correctly), even though she was not my sales person, several times she offered to help describe any aspects of the CRV and answer any questions that I might have. Now that is what I call team work! I would not hesitate to go to Holler Honda for my next Honda purchase, which is now up to a total for 8 Honda vehicles in my life. Great job Wesley Shumbert! Never any pressure, but always looking for ways to make the process easier. I was in and out in one afternoon with my new CR-V. I know he took extra time even after purchase to sit in the car with me and go through all of the functions and bells and whistles, even helping be program my i-Phone into the system. When I returned to have a rack installed, the process was also swift and expertly dispatched. This is a great place to buy a car!
