2008 FIT Maintenance

I pre-scheduled maintenance on my Honda FIT. Arriving at the designated time, Danny Perez exceeded my expectations in understanding my needs and ensuring maintenance was completed within the promised time. Outstanding Service.

Excellent service from the sales group at Holler Honda

Mr Pat LoBianco, the sales person that help me in my purchase of a new 2017 CR-V was excellent in explaining the whole process as well as the different features of the car. He was professional, friendly making sure i was comfortable while all the paperwork was processed, as well as Eddy Quiroz from the Finance group explaining all the details of so many papers to sign while completing the purchase/trade-in of the cars. I will say that Holler Honda is working hard in training their personnel to provide an excellent job with their sale group.

Excellent Service

Colleen Beach is amazing not only She has great customer service but a great attitude, she takes care of your car like it was hers, she pays attention to detail and love what she does, she goes above and beyond, and for now on she will be the only person i would go to, great customer service is laking these days and she got it Holler Honda is blessed to have her.

Excellent service for my airbag recall installation. Jerome Williams was excellent. Very professional and personal. Jerome just wasn't mechanically doing his job but was genuinely interested in me and my car. A true credit to your franchise. Robert Ek

Efficient

Mr Jerome Williams was my service representative. He is such a polite young man, when I asked where the waiting area was he walked with me as opposed to pointing. This is a strong indication of his willingness to go one step above. BTW my oil change took less than 1 hour

Great service experience

Just had a trailer hitch added to my ne CR-V. My service rep (Deasia Hill) was great to work with, she had my loaner car ready when I got there and called me an hour before the job was done so I had plenty of time to get back to pick it up. Great experience. Bruce
