Great experience

I have the best experience when i went there to buy my new car! I bought a Honda Civic 2014 and the person who help me was Edgar Caraballo he was sooo helpfull with me , very polite, professional i mean he was great! I hardly recomend this place if you want to buy a car! And of course find to Edgar he was the best!!!!

5-Stars All Around!

Excellent no-nonsense experience. Very kind and attentive to our requests. 90 day no worry policy is great! We jammed the sliding door says after buying t and they made good on their policy and fixed it for free even though it was our fault! Will definitely buy here again!

First class experience

Peter Tran was our sales rep. He had everything ready for our visit. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We ended up buying two HR-Vs from him. Go see Peter

Old car

I have an older Honda Element that I love dearly. I'm in need of new car but I'm having a hard time parting ways with my Element and...I also don't have a lot of money right now. I explained this to Drew Craig who was understanding and told me what repairs were most important and crucial right now, and what I could hold off on, as well printing out a list of the repairs with the total prices, not just an estimate. Very helpful.

Excellent Sevice

I always have excellent service at Holler Honda. Everyone there is always friendly and accommodating. At my last visit, I was helped by Alfredo Edgerton and he was very generous and personable. If you want excellent service and someone who takes pride in what they do, ask for Alfredo. I guarantee you will leave a satisfied customer!

greattttttttt service.

holler Honda came thru with my credit not super .guaranteed approval really lives up to the word .any other dealer did not live up to that word .I want to thank Christian Gonzales and the gang at winter park holler Honda for getting me into a Honda accord sport 2017.keep up the good work .

Worst Management/Car Buying Experience

f i could give my experience zero stars i would. I dont think anyone should buy a car from this dealership if this is how they are going to treat a costumer. At first everything was great. I found the car i want. My car salesman David was awesome in getting me through the process. When i reached Finance with Vanessa i was told that day i would have to wait to get approved by a bank for a loan. No problem i know how it goes. A week goes by and i get a phone call from my sales man David and he proceeds to tell me that i have been approved for a loan so all i would have to do is come in sign a few papers and i leave with my brand new car. I was so excited to be a first time car buyer and have my very first car in my name. Before i came in the next day i had my bf who has worked there for over 5 years make sure everything was in line before i come in. David again assured him that we were good to go. When i get there however that was not the case. I was given a cute bag for buying the car and they even took the car around to get detailed and put my plate on it. A new finance person named Eddie comes out and proceeds to tell me that i am approved but he has additional questions regarding my income. I gave all of my information to Vanessa the week before so i am not sure why i am being questioned about my income when i was suppose to be approved and driving off in my car that day. Eddie brings me in the back room and begins to tell me apologetically that i am not going to be getting a new car today. Long story short, someone didnt do their job. I dont know if it was Vanessa or someone else. I was told i was not going to get a car today because i needed to be at my job longer. You can see why i am confused and upset at this point. I was told over the phone everything was a go and i would be able to have a new car. They called me more then once this week to express that. Very upset i ask to speak to a manager because i know this was not Eddies fault. He was being very thorough looking over Vanessa work. There was an enormous lack of communication between the sales floor and finance, and finance just plainly doing their job. I was introduced to Allen, a manager there. He walked in and asked how i was doing and i told him not very well. He sits down, doesnt ask why and just sits there with a bored look of his face. I explained what had been going on and how i felt like the situation was not handle the best of ways. I would of left that night and been fine with what happened if i was shown even the slightest bit if empathy from him but instead what i received was much worse. As i was explaining how i felt, he proceeds to blankly stare past my head not making eye contact with me until he spoke to me. He never once apologized for how everything played out but instead went on the defense and kept only replying with the same line saying "No, dont be mistaken. You were approved with a loan but you need to be at your job for 90 days before they approve anything". I kept expressing to him that i understand what he means and that i wish that someone would of had the courtesy of telling me that before i wasted hours at the dealership thinking i was leaving with a new car today. He sat back in his chair, never tried to fix anything, not a simple sorry, nothing. My feelings were so deeply hurt. At this point i was so upset with how he was handling our conversation that i told him it seems like he didnt care about what i was saying and that it looks like he just wants this conversation to be over. I told him how i felt like i am wasting my time speaking to him because he could care less with what i had to say. Finally i stood up and walked out because at that point i was so overwhelmed with how he treated me that i started to cry and he didnt say anything as i got up and left. I believe that he should not be in a management position. All i was looking for was an apology for all the miscommunication at the dealership. Worst experience of my life.

Go see Peter Tran!!

Peter Tran is the best ever. He certainly knows his stuff and asks you all of the important questions before even selecting a car. He is informative and DOES NOT try to build your hopes on a car out of your price range. As a first time buyer, he spoke finances first; to give me a realistic view of what I'm getting myself into. Then, he brought the car around and broke down all of the details about the car from mechanics to electronics and even maintenance services. Once we were finished with the test drive, he told me everything I would need to proceed with the purchase. I was so greatful to have had Peter as my sales rep. He definitely made the process painless and hassle free. ????????

tommiie dancy review

This is the third car Tommie Dancy helped me purchase. She is very knowledgeable and well prepared. She makes it easy for the customer to understand all the ins and outs and details of the new vehicle.. I will definitely seek her out for my fourth new car.She also has a great sense of humor... putting the customer at ease
