Excellent service and salesperson
I had an excellent experience at Holler Honda and was especially impressed with my sales person Jennifer Rios. Jennifer went over and beyond what was expected of her and due to her professionalism, sincerity and tenacity I got a beautiful Honda Accord Sport. Prior to going to Holler Honda I went both to Hyundai and Toyota and was told that due to the negative equity of my trade in, leasing would be my only option. I had resigned myself that would be what was going to happen. But Jennifer changed all that. She escalated the deal until we got a favorable answer and a good deal. She even helped me empty out my old car which I really appreciated. Go to Holler Honda and ask for Jennifer you will get excellent world class service!

Brought my car in for servicing and ended up with a new car. Pedro made the entire experience fun and I love my new car. Excellent trade in value. Easy car buying with a very nice staff.
Pasquale Lobianco (Pat) really helped us out. He knew everything about the cars and all the new technology in them. When we purchased he took care of all the details so we didn't have to remember. Holler was very fair with our trade in as well. The managers were friendly and not pushy. I love that they give you the bottom price. I know because I shopped before. This is the third car we bought from this dealership. I would ask for Pat he's a nice guy and very patient.

Renewed faith in service department.
I have a renewed faith in the service department after having a bad first experience. Jerome Williams helped me and provided me with excellent service and communications. He apologized and was upfront with my concerns on my 2016 Honda Accord. Holler Honda on Semoran Blvd, Orlando, FL has provided excellent service for our cars for 6 years. Their service reps are friendly and knowledgeable. Their mechanics have been honest and reliable. We use their online appointment site to schedule and they do a great job in getting us in and out quickly. We trust their work and appreciate that they treat us with respect. The service department runs specials on their web site and send us coupons as well. Dane Thompson took great care of us when we were there last week. Thank you!

Update: They didn't even try to change that expired coupon... what a fail! I had a terrible experience here. People on Finance treated me as I didn't have money to pay them, they only wanted to make me pay more and didn't want to honor the interest rate Melissa Sillars gave me at the beginning. They also offered me a Bank of America loan and at the end put me with Sun Trust because they said "we don't use Bank of America here", so why you told me you do it ???? At the beginning, they offered me a car with tinted windows and after we agreed on the negotiation it turned out the car was already sold... waste of time!!!! ... I had to come back the next day for a new car and they asked me if the windows should be tinted I told them if it's the same kind of car and the first amount was with tinted windows this one should be the same price with the windows tinted... SURPRISE!!!! they charged me $399 for the tinted windows which I discovered later have bubbles and a hair!!!! geez! As a compensation for all the process mistakes they gave a coupon for the car's first service which expire after the 6 months of the purchase but on this kind of cars the oil life is different and after 6 months the oil life was 60% !!!! why do the oil change then??? if they know this why they put a period of 6 months for the coupon to expire? useless! Michael Hall on Finances was the one who finished the process and he also made mistakes on the documents and asked me to come back a few days after to sign a document he forgot to give me !!!! hello, I live a 50 minutes drive distance from you!!! Then he also made a mistake with my address and I have to pay to the DMV to correct it... Went there 2 days to buy a NEW Honda Civic Sedan! and they didn't offer a cup of coffee or a glass of water.... All were lies and the "Customer Service" is inexistent. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from these crooks!

Never answered back. Today I tried to get the windows tinted fixed and they blew it again. Now they called me asking me to go there again... People I live almost an hour from you. I drove for 2 hours today so you can fix your mistake and you blew it again. You have 0 in customer service... And for the past review, you never care about fix nothing, you could send me the freaking coupon and you never did... Terrible dealer. You reached out to me with "solutions" after almost 3 weeks of emails. I'm waiting to see if you keep your word and do what you offered. Thanks,
