Joe and Allan are both wonderful and very supportive professionals at your Quick Lane Service Center. I always feel that they have my best interest at heart when explaining an issue with my car,and I never feel that I am being taken advantage of in a situation. I would definitely think of buying another vehicle at Apple Ford mainly because of the excellent service given to me on a consistent basis. Thank you! Susan Castelbaum

I recently took my Explorer in for regular service. I went to their remote location down the street from the dealership. I had an appointment and they brought my vehicle in promptly did the service, washed it and had me out of their within an hour. The best part of the experience was dealing with their service advisor David Eichhorn. He was not only friendly and helpful regarding the service, but took the time to answer a number of questions I had about my truck and also my next vehicle purchase. He new a lot about the three vehicles I was interested in Explorer, Edge and Escape. It was refreshing to find someone who was willing to take the time to share his experience. I consider service an important part of the decision to buy a new vehicle and David did a great job of making me feel comfortable buying by next vehicle from Apple Ford. Thanks!

Mr. Justin King was the person who sold me the car. He went over and beyound the call of duty. He was so polite, honest, and friendly, how many times can you say that a car dealer was honest. He made me feel like I knew him a long time ago. He also made me feel comfortable, while waiting for the finance dept. Offered us something to drink, set up my bluetooth service in my new car. which is something I would never used if he had not done that, because at 62 years old, I never would have known how to use it. Just a very nice young man. If all of your car sales reps are like him, you will be selling a whole lotta cars with no problem.

Gavin was the best salesman we met with when searching...

Gavin was the best salesman we met with when searching for a vehicle. We went to about 7 different location, but he was by far the nicest, most knowledgeable, and took time with us without pushing us to buy what was on the lot.

Replaced a dead battery. I spoke with Allan Schwartzman...

Replaced a dead battery. I spoke with Allan Schwartzman about my situation and he urged me to bring my car in. The battery was replaced within about 30 minutes. Wow! I did not receive, however, any written information about the battery other than the receipt. Mr. Schwartzman did state that the battery carries a 100 month warranty and roadside service is included. That's very good.

Prompt ,courteous, job well done on time. Clean and represented well by all employees. I purchased vehicle there and continue to return for the service that i cannot do myself, like purchase replacement tires.

Curtis was absolute wonderful to work with. I was in town for business when my car over heated. Curtis told me to come in immediately and safely and worked my car in. He kept me informed on the status of my car and made me feel very confident the issue would be corrected quickly. It was a pleasurable experience. I would recommend Apple Ford service to all my friends.

EXCELLENT REPAIR/CUSTOMER SERVICE

Kristin Poulin & Kisha Fleming, were absolutely "fantastic". They were very nice, professional, and provided great customer service (a biggie for me) and are a good representation of "Apple Ford's' employees. Ms Poulin and Ms. Fleming went over everything with me (how long it would take to repair my car, what monies I was responsible for out of pocket, the repair had a "life-time" warranty etc.,) I brought my car in on Monday and was ready for pick-up Tuesday (the next day). I would absolutely use your facilities again. I brought my car that was repaired at "Apple Ford (McGaw Rd)", and I also bring the same car to your Quick Lube facility (McGaw Ct.). My all around experience with "Apple Ford's (Columbia)", facilities has been "FANTASTIC". I would also like to recognize the lady that assisted me when I picked-up my car at the "check-out window", she was also very pleasant and helpful too:).....

difficult dealer

This was the second time I tried to buy a used car from Apple Ford. I was interested in a truck that they had on thei lot, an 02 Ford F150 Sport with 111k miles - it was solid and fairly clean, but it was not a highly sought after model, a V6 short bed, regular cab manual transmission. Any rate, they seemed to be very proud of their truck with the asking price at more than twice any of the used car price guides valued the truck at. The first experience was for a 2007 used Ford Fusion that was competitively priced, and I found out why the price was decent. It had a clean car fax resport - no accidents reported, then I discovered it had been wrecked with an aftermarket fender on the drivers side front and a bunch of paint and body work on the drivers side doors both front and rear. Ok - maybe they did not know it had been wrecked but they did inspect it , and it had marginal tires on all four wheels at best, in my honset opinion those tires should NOT have passed MD state inspection, but they said thy did. I did buy a new 2012 Ford Escpae for my wife and we ended up buying that at Century Ford in Mt. Airy as they gave me a better price even though they should not have been able to beat Apple Fords price becasue they do not sell the volume of cars Apple does. I will never deal with Apple Ford again.
