The service rep was great.

The service rep was great. I was a little bummed out to find the “prepaid service plan” I bought didn’t include tire rotations. Luckily I didn’t need the rotation but it feels weird.

Unreasonably priced for simple diagnostic steps.

Unreasonably priced for simple diagnostic steps. Almost to 2000! To clean spark plugs? I laughed so hard after I heard that and got off the phone.

Nice clean waiting area; friendly employees. Wait time (approximately 2 hours) was too long for the two recall items requiring repair. Appeared short staffed on a Saturday.

Came in to look at a used Challenger, explained what we

Came in to look at a used Challenger, explained what we needed the payment to be. Physically inspected the car then went inside with Justin to run the paperwork and see what they could do. They got the price where we wanted it with a reasonable interest rate and we drove away with the Challenger after only a couple of hours of total time at the dealership. We're very pleased with how it went.
