We have bought a number of cars from JBA. They have such a great selection in inventory. Our sales person Rocky Aggrey is the reason we keep coming back. He always provides an exceptional experience from start to finish. He was incredibly patient, attentive, and truly made us feel valued throughout the process. He took the time to understand our needs and guided us to the perfect car without any pressure, making the entire purchase smooth and enjoyable.

Upon buying vehicle then sold me service plan stating

Upon buying vehicle then sold me service plan stating everything is covered and no worries for anything but when I went in for service , 10 min oil change and told me there are so many services which are not covered in my service plan which I bought during vehicle purchase.
