Walking into the dealership Hugo was the first person who greeted me & my mother. He walked the lot with us going through all the different vehicles & options that were available. Really knowledgeable about the trucks. Very happy Hugo was the sales rep to assist me with purchasing my very first truck, he was the difference maker. It’s been 2 weeks & im absolutely in love with the truck.

Took my truck in for a complimentary brake service because the brakes were a little soft and the service brake pad monitor was lit on the test drive when purchasing. Brought it in on May 15th to be serviced, and they said they needed to order a part. Haven't heard from them since. Now the left front tire sounds like it needs a wheel bearing and rotors replaced. When turning right the driver side tire grinds and when breaking hard the steering wheel shakes unbelievably.

Have problem with truck I just purchased. Battery went dead after truck sat unused for a week. Called Chris who sold me truck, which by the way I have owed less then thirty days, explained the problem was told he would look into it and get back to me.called three days straight and received same replies.have purchased a new battery from Sam’s club to be able to use truck . Very disappointed with JBA and sales. Scott O’Day

The fact that my front brakes and rotors are recommended by you to be replace And They are still under WARRANTY but YOU SAID you WONT REPLACE THEM is very upsetting. My local Mechanic said if they are under warranty they should be replaced under the warranty. Can some one at J.B.A. get back to me and tell me why? This is very upsetting.
