I have bought 5 cars from JBA. This was by far the worst experience with JBA and Chevy made the process even worse with lack of ordering packages and not communicating. Also, I never spoke or interacted with anyone other than the sales person.

I brought my car in to have the paint looked at.
I brought my car in to have the paint looked at. The manager took photos and said he would be in touch. After a month, I heard nothing so I called. I was told I would receive a call back with more information but after a week I have still not heard anything.
