I bought a used Ford Escaoe from them. The salesman Tola was pleasant and quick with paperwork. My problems began afterwards. The system console has to be reset constantly. After finding duct tape hanging from my suv, I discovered a large part under the card behind driver's side wheel was covered in duct tape. I notified Tola and he forwarded info to Used Car Manager, who has never called me back to resolve. I took it to a third party mechanic who removed the duct tape and inspected two clips to secure part properly. They either didn't inspect the suv before putting it up for sale or they did and they put the duct tape on the undercarriage cover. Either way it undermines my confidence in my purchase. If you can, get your car inspected before purchasing from them.

What an absolute joke of an operation.
What an absolute joke of an operation. I’ve never encountered such staggering incompetence and apathy from a business. I purchased a used car from them—and it took FOUR FULL WEEKS for them to fix dents they caused while the car was sitting on their own lot. That’s right—they damaged the car and then made me wait a month to get it. But here’s the real kicker: not once—NOT ONCE—did anyone bother to call me. Not Tola, my so-called “salesperson.” Not anyone from the sales or service teams. The moment my check cleared, I was invisible. Total radio silence. Zero communication. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism. There are countless reputable places to buy a used car. Do yourself a massive favor and choose literally any of them instead of wasting your time and money here.

I leased a vehicle from Patrick Volvo in December 2024. The salesperson I worked with, Claire C, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I drove in from out of state to test drive the car, and she was very responsive both before I arrived and after, which is much appreciated. Claire is 5/5 stars. The rest of the experience, less so. I was at the dealership for about 6 hours. I arrived for my test drive at the arranged time, drove it shortly thereafter, but I think in part because Claire was helping another customer at the same time, waited hours to begin the leasing paperwork, and then hours more before signing everything with the finance manager. There were several other people in the dealership talking with one another, but I sat by myself while Claire tried to bounce back and forth between me and her other customers, nobody else stepping in to assist. It is now 3 months later, and Patrick Volvo still has not submitted the title information to my state's DMV. Claire has continued to be responsive to my inquiries about this, though I am not sure why she has to be the middle-person in this scenario. Incredibly frustrating that I have not been able to register the vehicle yet.

We had been looking for a while for an XC40 with specific features and packages and sent an email inquiry to Patrick Volvo. We received a swift, kind and helpful response from Manny. He provided clear answers to our questions and we were able to set up a hold on the car til our arrival at the dealership. Manny connected us with Mo for our appointment and we had a fantastic experience. Mo made our day when he was able to avoid all the haggling and back and forth with the process. We settled on a very fair price quickly and it was extremely pleasant to work with Mo. He is very personable and never pushy -- just wonderfully helpful and accommodating. We did financing with Jeremey and even though their computer systems were down and he had to do things manually, it was still a relatively quick and easy process. He was informative of options and we were happy with how he took a no fuss approach to finalizing our purchase. I can't fully express how impressed we were with Patrick Volvo. It was the first time we have ever had a pleasant experience at a car dealership! Manny, Mo, and Jeremey made everything enjoyable and seamless. I have already recommended Patrick Volvo to a friend interested in a Volvo. And I would continue to highly recommend Patrick Volvo over other Volvo dealers in the area.
