Car shopping is not always fun.  Seeing what has changed, all the new offerings and technology are the highlight.  Negotiating and haggling over money is not.  My most recent experience with Mo at Patrick Volvo involved nothing but the good parts of the car-buying experience.  After reaching out to Patrick Volvo I was connected with Mo, who was helpful, attentive, and professional.  We emailed back and forth and spoke over the phone a few times.  We were able to come to a deal that blew all of the other dealerships I'd been talking to out of the water (I mean thousands of dollars)!  The day I arrived to pick up my new Volvo XC60 Recharge, he had it up front and ready to go.  We spent about 2 hours at the dealership which was a breeze compared to our other car-buying experiences.  We were even able to hammer out some last-minute changes to the numbers thanks to Mo and Justin.  I can't say enough just how wonderful this car-buying experience was.  This is our third XC60 and this is the only time we have walked out of the dealership not questioning whether we did the right thing and wondering if they got over on us.  Everything was fair, transparent, and most of all the math was mathing!  We have been loyal Volvo customers because we love our car. Now we are loyal Patrick customers thanks to Mo and Justin!         

Great place to buy a Volvo online. Babatola Akinola (Tola) was very keen to our desire to have a smooth and swift transaction. Tola was accessible and very courteous in servicing our needs. Justin Rupp, the sales manager involved in our transaction, is a true customer service oriented leader and a "get it done" kind of guy. Even the financial guy (sorry I forgot his name, but he is a very easy guy to talk to) and the usual oversale pressure on dealer added options was minimized at my request. We are thrilled with our new XC90 Recharge and feel that our expectations for a professional buying experience have been exceeded! We highly recommend Patrick Volvo and the team there.
