I waited almost two and a half hours for an inspection
I waited almost two and a half hours for an inspection and oil change on a car less than a year old with only 5,500 miles on it. The staff were unprofessional - telling stories with each other but cursing A LOT. I was very underwhelmed by the waiting area - no refreshments or snacks. I would’ve rather paid for my local auto shop to get these services done quickly rather than get it free from this service center.
