My buying process started out not great, but Andre and Ansley turned it around. Andre was kind and made up for the initial visit. The service technicians were really sweet too.

I am a first-time car buyer and I had a fantastic experience with Heritage Subaru in Owings Mills. Ansley in particular was very kind, compassionate and helpful. I was quite anxious and at times confused about things, but he worked with the managers to make sure that I went through the buying process feeling informed and confident about my decisions. I am so grateful to have worked with Ansley and would recommend him to anyone, especially first-time buyers.

Mark was absolutely wonderful very knowledgeable about all the products and services the dealership has available. He answered any and every question we could think of and even answered some before we could even come up with it even emailing back and facilitating a meeting with a different sales representative while he was out of the office for us to test drive another vehicle would 100% go back and work with Mark and as a veteran myself buying from another veteran, just makes it that much better.

Mark is very personable and really knows the Subaru Brand. He treated and talked to me like he's known me a long time. He made me feel comfortable and did not try to over sell me, which can create unwanted pressure for the buyer. It was a pleasure doing business with him. Highly recommend.

Ansley Ratnayake, our S&L consultant was extremely competent and so very pleasant of a human being. He could not have made , what is often somewhat unpleasant, a more congenial experience. I expect he will have a big future in the company if they are smart enough to recognize his gifts.

After several weeks of researching vehicles and speaking with multiple dealerships, I ultimately chose Heritage Subaru, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire process was incredibly easy. I was able to work through most of the questions and financial details ahead of time via email and text, which made everything very efficient. By the time I arrived at the dealership, the majority of the deal was already structured. Andre and Ansley were both fantastic to work with — responsive, professional, and patient in answering all of my questions. Even when I decided to change models during the process, they were able to quickly update the numbers and walk me through the differences without missing a beat. Ansley was especially impressive — extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, trim comparisons, pricing, and overall process. This is our first Subaru, and there was definitely a learning curve with the features and technology, but the entire team was genuine, transparent, and thorough in explaining everything. The finance department was just as smooth and knowledgeable, making the final paperwork straightforward and stress-free. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Heritage Subaru and their team.

I was very impressed with the customer service from Sales consultant who also delivered my vehicle and the finance manager who got me a better interest rate then the one is pre-qualified for.

I had one of the best experiences. I walked in and was greeted right away by Sumbal. She listened and understood that I was in the market for my first Outback Subaru. I was wanting the top of the line with all the bells and whistles. I was unsure about trading my car in and ended up trading my care and getting a fair deal on that. I did not have my spare key or title with me and Sumbal ended up coming to my home to pick up the items. I was not thinking that I would walk out of the dealership that night with a new car, but I did. The whole process was excellent from beginning to end. In my past experience with other dealers I have gotten flustered and walked out because of being pushed into something I was not comfortable. Not this time, very pleasant experience. I feel very comfortable that if I need anything that I can ask and will be given an answer.

Ansley Ratnayake was great to work with on my Certified Pre-Owned Subaru at Heritage Subaru Owings Mills. He worked with me every step of the way to try to get the best deal he could make for me. And, his followup after the sale to help me locate an owner's manual and give some guidance a couple days later on questions I had on how to use certain electronic features available on the vehicle was so helpful. He arranged home delivery of the vehicle to me, saving me a 2 hour drive round trip. Highly recommend Heritage and would definitely ask to work with Ansley again! Just because you're off the lot--you're not forgot! Thanks for help from Tavon, Andre, Jewell, and Matt, too. All really terrific people to deal with.

Great experience buying a car from Heritage Subaru Owings Mills. Every person I dealt with was very responsive and treated me like a valued customer, from my first inquiry through purchase. Jewel (the internet sales manager) gave me a competitive quote on the vehicle I was interested in, right off the bat. Ansley (the sales representative I worked with) was fantastic. I really appreciated the time he took to point out and explain many features of the car, including ones I may have never stumbled across even after reading the owners manual. Shawn (the general manager) touched base with me multiple times, which really showed me that this dealership top to bottom cares about each customer. This was not the closest dealership to my home, but I'm very glad went the extra distance to work with these folks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Baltimore-Washington area looking for a Subaru.
