Overall, I am very happy with my new Forester hybrid and with the purchase process, including the final price. Alesha helped me learn about the two trim lines I was considering and was patient as I test drove both. My only regret is agreeing to an extended warranty, but I was able to cancel that the next day with no hassle.

We communicated with him by email after identifying the exact used car we wanted to purchase. Ansley worked with us right away to negotiate the price--without any fuss or run around--so we had a smooth transaction when we arrived the next day to test drive and purchase.
