Mark Dennis was a joy to work with from the moment I parked in the lot. It has been 13 years since I last bought a car. Mark made the entire process as easy as possible. I was very comfortable asking my questions, and Mark was able to answer them all. I am glad I chose this dealership to purchase my first Subaru. Thank you Mark.

Ansley was awesome. He listened to what I wanted and "we" found the best option for my needs within a vehicle. From start to finish, Ansley was professional, attentive, polite and treated me with the highest regard. Shawn Davie, the General Manager was very easy to speak with. He has a phenomenal team under him. I would recommend this dealership to not just my friends but also my family. Josh explained my options in a clear and concise manner while not getting impatient or showing fatigue.

I brought my 2017 Outback in because the passenger window would not open. There is an easy fix that will reset the window the deaker has helped me with that before. After looking at the vehicle, they told me that that the easy fix didn’t work and they thought it was going to be a major job and would need to preform and charge me a diagnostic fee. The estimate wad $800 without the diagnostic fee. I took the vehicle to a another garage that I recently used for body work and asked the non Subaru mechanic about it, he performed the quick fix method and within 60 seconds the window was operating perfectly n/c. I’d like to think that this was an innocent mistake, but I don’t think they know what they’re doing over there. Their carelessness was not only a waste of time but it potentially could have cost me $1000. I do not recommend this dealership.

Excellent dealership with exceptional service top of mind for their customers. I was welcomed graciously by Mark Dennis, salesman extraordinaire. He made me feel at ease from the moment we met. Mark is very personable, professional and he patiently answered any questions I had. He went the extra mile and stayed much later than he was supposed to in order to finalize my transaction. He was instrumental in helping me recover my insurance info. I purchased a used Subaru Impreza and I intend to use their garage for future oil changes. I highly recommend Mark Dennis for all of your car needs and urge you to go to him whether you are purchasing a new or used vehicle. The dealership has a lovely waiting room if you bring your car in for service and I intend to bring my newly purchased used Subaru here for any services.
