You have a employee named Andrew Hickey from Palmyra Pennsylvania who now lives in Reistertown MD and works at your dealership. Today on facebook, 9/7/2026 he proceeded to harass me. " So you don't know what a horse collar is. Can't horse collar from the front. He doesn't pull him down xxxxxxx. And his hand can't be inside the collar or name plate on his back and throw him like that it's just not possible. But seriously take the tampon out of your xxx and grow a set". I have the screenshot if you want it emailed. Get your employees under control. They represent you.

Staff were all professional, helpful, kind, patient, gracious, and everything you can want from a car buying process. For this purchase i contacted and negotiated with 9 different dealers in the week leading up to my purchase. Heritage Subaru Owings Mills had the best price and the best, most transparent communication, all thanks to Ansley and Julia. Julia was helpful responding to emails and made the process easy. Over online and in person, Ansley was absolutely terrific. I was terrified of the car buying process, but he truly showed car in his craft and the relationships he built. There was no rush, he was happy to go into detail into anything, many times telling us details unprompted. I had a great experience online and was worried I had to deal with shenanigans once I was in person and needed to close the deal. Ansley said "we don't do that here" and he was absolutely correct. After a serious accident where my car was totaled, I was in search of a used car within my budget to avoid any car payments.
