No frills dealership with friendly staff. Very helpful sales people. Did not try to push any unnecessary services or fees. Paperwork was straightforward and staff answered questions thoroughly.
Take note to all the negative reviews because they all accurately describe my experience. My guess is that the only reason there are not more negative reviews is that people didn't want to associate with and get away from this dealer as soon as possible. I drove 5 hours to get to this dealer. All seemed ok, at best, up to the point of being stranded 30 miles from the dealer on my way home after my purchase. I was left stranded on the interstate due to the incompetence of the maintenance department of this dealer by not putting on a oil filter correctly that nearly ran my car completely out of oil! One would think that the dealer would make me and my elderly mother a priority, but no. They left us stranded on the busy interstate, for over 2 hours. I started to deal with them on what they plan to do to make it right, they treated me with arrogance. The finance manager assured me that the car was ok. How? The maintenance department assured them. Really now. The same maintenance department who couldn't correctly change the oil? This particular finance manager had the galls to say I was acting like an A**hole. Well you know, I had the right to after being stuck on a busy highway for hours due to their lack of competency. I had the right to having just bought a car that nearly ran out of oil with no fault of my own. I have never been treated like such a "peon" to their superiority, in my life of buying a vehicle. My mother and I were treated like we were fools that were out buying a vehicle for the first time ever and that they could pull the wool over our eyes.
This as my first time dealing with this dealership, and I had an excellent experience with them From the very first step of the buying process which involved a test drive to the actual receiving of the car, everything was handled very professionally. The salesman Mike Troxell treated me like family and their finance head Rodney Smith helped me obtain an even better financing deal than the one I had from my bank. The car came with a free Carfax report that made the buying decision easier. Their commitment to their customers is exemplary. I can see why they have been in business for 33 years!

excellant service on repair. gave me a loaner while in the shop. cost much less than estimate. clean inside and out when finished. will go to this dealership again!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff and sales people. Felt a little rushed through the sale. First time buying a vehicle on my own. But all and all a pleasant and satisfying experience.
Courteous and Helpful in purchase
I contacted Lewis Motors via e-mail which was responded to quickly. Called and made an appointment. Was greeted immediately upon arrival by Donnie Wright. He was extremely friendly, helpful but not high pressure. He allowed the vehicle to sell itself. We were very pleased and relaxed with the entire experience. We now have a 2015 Equinox which were are enjoying very much.
