My buying occurrence here at Antwerpen's Auto World was such a pleasant buying experience. My sales representative Jalen was awesome!!! I couldn't ask for a better person to help assist me. I originally purchased a Mercedes C300 and after some careful reconsideration, I brought the vehicle back and instead went with an Acura ILX. The team at Antwerpen Auto World really went out of their way to make this transition as painless as possible!!! I would highly recommend for anyone to come and buy a vehicle from them.

In the day of 10/22/2016, We test drove a Nissan Altima, we were ready to purchase the vehicle if the numbers are right. Rich (sales manager) came up with some extra hidden fees saying "these are reconditioning fee and Advertising fee on top of TAX+ TAG+ PROCESSING FEE 299.99. Then I asked him isn't it supposed to be included when you advertise your vehicle ? then he told me that if I knew that, I wouldn't be there at the dealership. Secondly, he came up with two different types of interest rate and saying if I pay that extra fee then I will get a lower rate by him making a phone call to his lenders otherwise, I have to pay an high-interest rate. I curiously asked rich is that a punishment for not paying those hidden fees or not helping you? (reconditioning fee and dealer advertising fee) he was greedy to hold more profit from us. Then, I asked him "is this how you mislead people" ? I drove more than 50 miles to get there, and you take us to granted and treat us like trash.I told him " If I knew if this is going to happen then we wouldn't drive all the way there. We mind as looking for a vehicle in our neighborhood (said that because of our convenient) they never tried to charge us any hidden fees. Then Rich started to raise his voice saying what does it have to be with the neighborhood and you are F***ing races and get out of the dealership". I stood up and walked out by saying it to myself "thank god something saved me from doing business from greedy crooks'. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Anyone who read this should read more reviews about this dealership at CARS.COM and other resources. It was my mistake not to knowing who you going to do business with.

I had gotten off of work around 5:30pm and arrived at Antwerpen Auto World around 6:30pm. The process was quite lengthy but, nonetheless, I enjoyed the entire experience. I was approved and ended up walking out the door and leaving the dealership in my new Buick Lacrosse! I'm so blessed to have, finally, find a place willing to work with me and get me in a new car the same night. I definitely recommend everyone to come and check this place out.

I had one car in mind when I went to Antwerpen in Randallstown. Nyol was completely knowledgeable and very helpful.. Although he has just started there, he surely knows how to make a sale and make the customer HAPPY!! The manager and financer made the sale very comfortable. All three people that I was in contact with I would certainly recommend car shoppers to experience the wonderful customer service that I did!! Thank you Nyol!!!

From the moment I drove onto the lot up to the point where I left dealership the sales people, receptionist ,management etc. were all very friendly and very professional. I went home with her beautiful preowned Lexus. I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a quality product. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. The service was great and it took no time at all to close the deal.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My only issue was timelines. Other than that I was very satisfied. I would most definitely recommend my dealer JaVaughn Wather!

Not a good experience , nothing good to say...typical bait and switch...

It's like their motto, When Jack and John Fortuna say yes, they mean it. Mr. Fortuna was very polite and was very helpful in helping me to get a vehicle.
