I don't normally post negative reviews but this place certainly deserves one. Worst car buying experience I've had. They have poor customer service. Purchasing the car took the entire day 8+ hours. We were shown financing hand written on a piece of paper, no breakdown of the number, glad I had a calculator on my phone. After waiting all day we would have almost signed anything just to leave this place, maybe this is their sales tactic. Once you sign those papers they could care less about you. Had to return to resign paperwork that was incorrect. We made a partial down payment at time of purchase and gave a check to be held for up to 30 days for the remainder. They cashed the check before they were supposed to and have done nothing to fix the matter nor do they seem to care. I wish I would have read other reviews before purchasing here. We came to Antwerpen for the low price but I honestly would have rather paid more for better service. We will not be returning.

Awesome service Eric was very patient with me and got me in a better car then what I came in looking at my score wasn't the best best made it happen thanks guys

Kenny Pittrell the salesman and Steve from service was great finance played games wasted 1 hour kept trying to get more out of me when I decided to leave then they worked with me and falsely advertised the car and still having problem bank call said payments was more then stated a dealer and watch out for hidden fees

John was very honest and helped me in every way to get the vehicle I wanted. He even assisted me in driving my old vehicle to my house. Thanks John!

After months of car shopping I finally found a match at Antwerpen Auto World. I went to a few car dealer ships and they wasn't willing to work with my budget and get me in the car I really wanted. So I called Antwerpen Auto World and spoke to Kenny about a car I seen online. He was very polite and gave me a lot of great information about the car that I had in mind. We decided to set a date and time on when we could meet to see that car and discuss my finances. The day we was supposed to meet I couldn't find a ride to the dealership because it was two hours away from my home. I gave Kenny a call and he offered to come and pick me up. I was very grateful. When I arrived at Antwerpen I was greeted by other salesman and it was a very pleasant experience. We put all my info together and we came out with a miracle. I was able to leave with my dream car and they made it fit my budget perfectly. I recommend Antwerpen Auto World to anyone who is looking to get a very reliable car that fits there budget. Antwerpen Auto World made my first time buying a car a wonderful experience. I give them a rating of a ten. They gave me exactly what I wanted and it was in my price range. My husband and I would definitely recommend Antwerpen Autoworld. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our car purchase. Great place to do business!
