I AM SENDING EVERYONE I KNOW WHO NEEDS A CAR TO THIS PLACE. From the moment I was greeted by Jalen at the dealership to the time I left with my paperwork I was treated with the utmost respect and got the deal of a lifetime. I purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima and I love it. I did not think I would be able to walk out with the kind of deal I did. Jalen and the rest of the management staff at Antwerpen went hard to work for me and made it happen. GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH JALEN

I was recommended to go see Jalen from a friend. I was very pleased with how I was treated in the process and very relieved I could buy a car in a comfortable state of mind. Everything was laid out to me and I love my car. Process went very quickly and me and my children were in and out of the dealership before you knew it. I appreciate the professionalism guys! JALEN WAS AWESOME!!! ANTWERPEN WAS GREAT!

I had been looking for a car for months and had some credit issues. I had been turned down all over Maryland and was soon losing hope with the whole process. I got a number from a friend and decided to give Jalen a call as a last resort and see if he could work something out for me as far as financing goes. By my surprise, within hours Jalen was calling me back to give me the good news. I bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and could not be more happy with the car and monthly payment. The process was easy and painless as soon as I came in contact with Jalen and Antwerpen! I would recommend all my friends and family to this dealership!

Dishonest Pricing

I can confirm what other reviewers have noted below: the real price of a car at this dealership (not including tax, title, tags) is about $1500 more than the "internet price" they advertise. If you're interested in a car at this place, be sure to ask at once for a breakdown of the out-the-door price, so you can see what you'll actually be paying. Better yet, go somewhere more trustworthy.

They are the SHADIEST dealership I have ever went to

Unless you really know what you're doing when buying a used car, DO NOT COME HERE!!! They charge RIDICULOUS "hidden" fees which they try to pass off as a "Maryland State Inspection fee" of $2500, plus a $495 reconditioning fee--ummm, no that's just a shady profit fee. Make them mark that xxxx down OR WALK OUT. I have never had a worst car buying experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. Buyer beware

Today's Visit....

I received basic information about a vehicle from one of the salesmen three days before my visit. I explained that I was coming a long way to look at a car, and had concerns about smoke, major dents / scratches, etc. After getting good feedback, I made an hour-plus trek to the dealership. This is where the wheels come off. My impressions: - It was filthy. For a car that was not smoked in, it sure smell smoked in. It was pretty strong. - The car was not detailed, it was fresh from auction. This made it hard to judge the condition of the paint. - I found out the warranty was 30 days / 1000 miles. Also, I found out that the price advertised has conditions. Someone else posted this earlier and I can verify - you have to use their bank to get the price advertised. Basically they try to profit on the sale of the car, and then they receive a kickback for having their customers use a partnering bank. Negotiations - almost non-existent. If you have a trade, they run it through a comparison tool that aggregates numbers from across the internet. No one ever actually looked at or drove my trade in. Needless to say, they were trying to get something for nothing. My salesperson was great, straight up and honest. If it was a difference set of circumstances, I could do business with the person, but there's some misinformation and questionable practices by the evaluators he brings the deal to approve to. I can't pay for - detailing when the car hasn't been touched, relocation fees when that's not my responsibility, and then turn around and pay the normal title, taxes, and tags. That number is something close to another $2500 on top the price. That total number makes it less of a deal when there cars of the same make, model, year, and trim packages, with fewer miles for less and with a longer warranty. There was also mention of fine print on every advertisement that explains the pricing. I'm not calling anyone out, but I've yet to find that fine print. Good Luck with your choice, this one wasn't mine. Cheers!

its a business

Purchased a 2012 Chevy Avalanche about 3 weeks ago. Everyone there was very friendly and courteous. Which is to be expected to make a sale. A couple days after taking delivery, I noticed a few things weren't functioning properly. I went back to see about getting issues resolved, spoke with finance manger, he told me to contact service manager. Called service manager, left a voicemail describing issues. Never got a call back (no surprise). Called and talked to salesman, and basically told me in so many words, "you bought a used vehicle". Even though it came with a 30 day 1000 mile warranty, he told me that only covered MD inspection items. Never will I ever refer anyone here.

Damage done to my vehicle while there for service

Joe the service manager and his team at their Randallstown location like's damaging vehicles when they are their for service, then try to half ass fix it multiple times before they realize half ass isn't going to fly!! Getting a hold of Brian Dolan in customer relations @ Antwerpen Toyota in Clarksville location is harder than getting a hold of the president! Shouldn't the customer be able to get in touch with customer relations !!!Then the GM tells me they aren't responsible for damage while the vehicle is in their possession!! WTH have you lost your mind Mr. Matt Apple-bee?? You did the damage!

**False Advertising!!!**

WARNING!! Stay away!! I went in on the "Internet Price" and when I went into the finance office with Clarence, I noticed they changed the sale price. Went up $3,500!!! When Clarence went to talk to the manager (Matt), I noticed a typed credit application with my information, except my income was increased from $30,000 per year to $45,000 per year. BANK FRAUD!! Then Clarence came back and said Matt said there were "Bank Fees", that's why the price went up.
