This place is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I emailed back and forth with various employees about purchasing a vehicle the next day and was under the impression that everything was good to go. The day of (less than 24 hours after my previous correspondence), it was like pulling teeth trying to get in touch with someone to confirm everything before I picked up my certified check and drive 2 hours to the dealership. As I waited on a response, I received an email from the manager saying the vehicle was no longer available - they had sold it. When I tried to contact them to confirm if this was true and to understand how this happened, I was unable to get in touch with anyone and none of my emails were returned. It appeared that since they had sold the vehicle, I was no longer a concern. Not good customer service and I would not suggest this place to anyone.

I needed a new car, but was reluctant to start what I assumed would be a stressful process. Not !! I had a great experience & no pressure. My salesperson was very helpful & cheerful. I left Antwerpen Auto World with a car that I'm very happy with & didnt think I'd be able to get. Good job Kenny ! Thank you.

This place of full of liers and crooks. Went in to look at a car for a 8,000 dollars after hours of waiting and days coming back and forth they talk me into a 16,000 dollar car. They just drain you to the point where you just want to sign the papers and get out of there. They scammed me into signing for a 30,000 dollar car. Don't trust these people.

best place to get a car hands down. the customer service was the best I have ever had and they got me a car in no time. Jalen and Momoh are the best. feel free to walk in and they will get you what you want. good rate and faster and better service.

After you purchase a car from this company, don't expect any service afterwards. Will not return phone calls. Would not recommend.

Their service shop is horrible! I purchased a car not even two months ago and it wouldn't start. I took it back and the manager indicated that the battery and alternator were fine but had me pay for them to "check" it. Hours later, car wouldn't start. Came in the next day, he saw the car wouldn't start and told me i needed a new battery. I've missed hours of work and have been inconvenienced two days. He said he could give me $5 off and that was all he could do. DO NOT visit this location for service needs.

Everyone was great. From Sales to finance. We have purchased many cars, and didn't like the car buying experience until now. What they promised, they delivered. We will definitely go back.
