Buyer beware!!

The Price that you see is not the price. Every dealer I went to has the price plus taxes and tags. This dealer charged price+inspection fee+reconditioning fee+dealer processing fee . On top of whatever the used car price will be close to a couple thousand dollars. On top of that for buying in cash there is a 10% fee on top of the price. The sales women tried to push financing on us hard. Once we were on our way off the lot the manager, in a last ditch effort, waived the 10% fee. The whole trip to this dealer was a waste of time. Buyer Beware!

Worth the ride!

Although I reside in Harford County, I decided to make the trip to Randallstown to see what my buddy could do for me at his new job. He didnt know i was coming and I hadn't seen him for a while so I wanted to suprise him and hopefully find a quality car that would fufill my needs. Well, it was his day off but let me tell you, the sales staff treated me with the utmost courtisy and respect and handled the deal as if I'd known them for years! I can see why my freind went there to work. Great folks, great cars, and even better prices.

Best car buying experience ever!

I came in the morning for service on my 2002 Toyota Camry, was not even thinking about getting a new car, while i was waiting for my new breaks and tiers, was just wasting some time outside looking at the pretty, shiny cars. Salesman Chuck approached me and offered his services, when i said that I was just looking and was not planning on buying, he asked me if i had any questions about the cars. but he did not walk away, he stayed with me, and proceeded to answer all my question about the cars. When i saw white Ford, i really liked it. His knowledge of this vehicle was profound. then i started thinking that my son will need a car very soon, and with the low price he offered for the vehicle it was just stupid not buy it. So about 3 hours later i got new breaks and tires for my son's car and a new car for myself. This day was my lucky day :)

Great Experience

After calling the dealership about a vehicle that I saw online, I scheduled an appointment with a salesman. I showed up 2 hours later and the car was up front and the salesman greeted me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I explained my situation to him and in no time he had financing for me! Very friendly/professional atmosphere and I definitely recommend this dealer to anyone. Thanks for reading!

My Nissan Altima

I went to Antwerpen back in August of this year to look for a used car. My first impression was amazing. I worked with a salesman named Brandon. He greeted my family and I, offered us something to drink and made us feel real comfortable. Then proceeded to show us all the available inventory the store had. The selection was great. We ended up getting a 2010 Nissan Altima. Brandon showed us all the information on the car including the Carfax, and service history of the car. We got a great price the first time...None of the back and forth game most dealers put you through. Also, all the managers were very friendly and did everything to make me and my family feel comfortable while we were there. I will definately buy another car from Brandon and Antwerpen Auto World.

very nice experience

Very helpful and supportive staff. Marty Ferris makes buying a car easier and less stressful. Would definitely come back here for the next vehicle.

CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY!

So. Was looking for the best deal for my daughter. alot of shopping and market research. found a few cars at this dealership. Really wanted to shop around to find the best deal. the store manager did the leg work for me. had the mechanic put the car on lift for my mechanic. and made a great no hassel deal that worked for my daughters budget. would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a good deal and great customer service!

worst dealer

After I spent 1 and half hours at the dealer, they said the price was $2000 above the marked price. After spending three hours and almost finalizing a deal, I found that the car had an accident as shown by carfax. I told them that I didn't want to buy a car with an accident and the sales manager told me in a raised voice that I have to buy a car from them because I wasted their three hours. I told them they should have told me that the car had an accident. Very bad service and they were trying to force me to buy a car from them.

Best dealer I've ever been to!

I could write a very long detailed review of my experience from purchasing my used car. But that would be a very long and boring read. So I will simply state it like this: I walked in and just looked for a car that would fit my needs. I got some help from one of the very friendly workers there to recommend me a car. And let me tell you. I absolutely fell in love with my Hyundai Accent. The sale went very quickly after some negotiations I got a very reasonable price (in my favor) and got to drive the car home about an hour afterwards. Everything went very smoothly and perfectly. The customer support was incredibly friendly towards me and I would absolutely recommend to anyone to go here.

In a matter of 3 weeks, nothing. Did not receive any...

In a matter of 3 weeks, nothing. Did not receive any numbers of car price upfront (although checked online before walk-in). After initial visit, was turned down b/c I needed a bigger down payment. I obtained the requested down payment amount within a week. Returned a 2nd time with a guarantee to get me in a car that would be a step down from my first pick. Was given a round-about price for monthly payments for cars within my range. Once selected, showed me my options. Was told that it would be "hard" to get me into this car. Was promised a call the following day with regard to financing approval. Did not receive a call next day. I placed 3 calls and did not receive an answer until 2 days later. Received a message that sales rep had not heard from bank at all. At that point, still had no answer for me. Two days later, called 3 times before getting a false "approval" over the phone. Sales rep informed me of how he had been working "all day" to make a deal. Once I got there in person, they somehow made the mistake of requesting a COMPLETELY different car from what I test drove. Also, keeping in mind that I had already been guaranteed in a car of my choice (step down from first pick) with a $3K down payment. However, on the THIRD visit to dealer, after being told I was APPROVED for this car, they ran my credit a third time...this time with the "correct stock number" of the car. All to tell me that I could not be approved. As I was doing a trade in, had to pay towing fees to tow my car back home, after being promised a new car. There is much more that I failed to mention here. But this was THE WORST car buying, or lack thereof, experience I have ever had. Ever!
