Evan was very knowledgeable about the Crosstrek we ended buying and was very kind throughout the whole process. He listened to our requirements and wants and chose the best car for us. We only had to test drive one car because his first choice for us was exactly what we wanted. He made the whole process quick and seamless.

Honestly, I am not sure I’ll have any work done here...

Honestly, I am not sure I’ll have any work done here again. The service intake person, Liz, was so rude to me on the phone when I said I needed to do more research on the 120k mile service before I had it done. Then at pick up there was a mistake on my oil change charges and the rudeness continued. I just wanted to pay what I was quoted for the oil change. I will drive to the other dealership in Nampa for all future needs.

They are the best auto dealer ever. From the courteous people who answer the phone, the excellent mechanics, their courtesy shuttle service, the comfortable, clean waiting areas full of amenities, even a dog park!

The work on the car was ok.I needed to get back to my...

The work on the car was ok. I needed to get back to my office for a meeting. The shuttle driver was apparently going to be there in 5 to 10 minutes. Ok, 15 minutes later I asked where the shuttle driver was, oh, he was here and took a rider. SUPPER BAD DISAPPOINTING SERVICE regarding the shuttle. Will only go there if I have to. Don't depend on the shuttle, the worst ever.
