Got us what we wanted.

We had two Subaru Outbacks in mind when we went to the dealership. Unfortunately one of them sold but Dylan got us in a position to get us the second one. We are very happy with this vehicle and have heard nothing but good things about them. We got car washes for the life of the car and much more!

Got a block heater and remote start installed. Very quick...

Got a block heater and remote start installed. Very quick process. I was happy to receive a loaner vehicle. Typically, when dropping off my when I’ve requested a loaner, it’s a frantic search for the keys because they “lost” the paperwork. Elizabeth was extremely attentive to my needs and explained everything in wonderful detail. 5 star customer service from her and her attention to detail. I was extremely happy to work with her and will always wait in line so she can be the sole service representative I deal with.

This dealer sold me parts that they represented as...

This dealer sold me parts that they represented as original Subaru parts just under a year ago. The parts were determined to be after market parts. After the parts failed in less than a year, they charged me full price to reinstall what they claim once again to be original parts. I am in the process of independently determining if these are original parts. This organization is unethical and can not be trusted.

Truly, unlike any dealer car purchase I have experienced previously. The buyer can’t be any greater the center of attention at Larry H Miller Subaru. You pick the vehicle, they tell you the price, you decide. Bring your dog. Once you buy the car, they have a car wash there, and will wash your car free weekly. Best that.
