Great buying experience. Very easy from start to finish. I've bought my last two vehicles there.

They were friendly, gave us a great deal with a trade in. They stayed until the sale was over. Wished they would have told us more about vw

Brothers Auto Sales bought our vehicle from us, made it very easy and gave us the amount we were trying to sell it for privately.

Staff was very friendly and laid back, never felt any pressure to buy. Price on the car was excellent and trade-in value was good as well. Will be the first place I look for my next vehicle (hopefully not for a while though!)

I was in NY saw this Toyota Rav. .on line. I Spoke with Jon did it all on the phone. He did a walk around video and boom it was mine without seeing it in person. Home town guys. Put a deposit down until I returned from NY 2 days later. The whole crew at brothers Auto are friendly and respectful. Can’t wait for my next car

I came in today to look at a crosstrek after less than an hour I had the car I wanted, with the payment I wanted, and absolutely no hassle or feeling pressured. I absolutely enjoyed spending time and money here. I highly recommend Brothers to anyone looking to get in a new vehicle. Ask for Jon, he’s super friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure I was feeling appreciated every step of the way, he offered coffee, water or a cold beverage every-time he left his desk.

This is the review you need to read. In summary: not everything is as perfect as it seems. My experience with Brothers on the day of purchase was everything one would want when buying a used car. Chauncy was an excellent help with picking out and test driving my new car and Alex was very helpful and personable when going through the final purchasing. Alex, however, was not helpful in the days following. Unfortunately, a good sales company will provide good customer service during AND after your purchase and this was not the case here. A week after my purchase my brakes locked up and heated to 400 degrees Farenheit (almost to the point of starting on fire). The brakes were smoking and I had to call a tow truck to bring my car to an autoshop. I soon found out that the previous mechanic somehow placed a contaminant in the brake fluid. I had two seperate mechanics look at it at two different shops and they both agreed that it was most likely oil. This mistake by the previous mechanic resulted in $3000 worth of damages. This is obviously a ludicrous amount of money for something that I had no control in. We all know that when buying a used car you "buy it as it is," but a dealership with integrity would take responsibility for personal mistakes. Brothers did not. In the end, I would understand if this was concerning the structural integrity of the car because it is used. However, this situation is solely dependent on the previous mechanic, a "trusted" third-party of Brothers, making a mistake and contaminating the brake fluid. At this point (seven days after the accident and Brothers - just - deciding they will not help) there is nothing I can do besides warn the next customer of my experience. I guess you will have to add "is there oil in the brake fluid" to your question list when you purchase your next car, especially if you go to Brothers. Ultimately, I wish they saw me as a person and not a "fluke" and would take responsibility for their mistake.
