They do great work but they don't give you a paper

They do great work but they don't give you a paper receipt anymore. You sign there tablet with your finger and not a stylish pen. I like to keep receipts for records of service. I'll go somewhere where they give you a receipt.

I’d never take my 2016 Avalon anywhere but Koons

I’d never take my 2016 Avalon anywhere but Koons Westminster. From the friendly, accommodating customer service representatives who help set my appointments, to Todd Eckard who communicates with me throughout the service process. Always honest and helpful. Service is also timely and their valet service is extremely helpful. I have nothing but great things to say about Koons Westminster!

Probably only the second time I would say not 4 or 5

Probably only the second time I would say not 4 or 5 stars. I am very disappointed that the tires that they sold me for the car I bought from them which they do 100% of the maintenance are having uneven wear. Misalignment should have been caught by them before affecting the tires, which will now barely last half their expected lifespan. I should have been offered a substantial discount to replace the tires and fix the alignment rather than just a shrug and an “oh well.” I will certainly look for a different advisor and/or send my husband next time as I wonder if being a woman had something to do with how the issue was presented.

I recently purchased my new vehicle from this location

I recently purchased my new vehicle from this location and everything went smooth. My sales person Brendan and my Finance manager Jeremy both were amazing. They made sure that I fully was fully happy with my purchase before I bought it and got me the best rate for my financing. The quality of their used cars are also very good for the price that you pay. They get them fully detailed; and boy do they look amazing when you come out to see them. Give Brendan a call if you are in the used car or new car market. Thank you guys for everything.

Koons’ service has consistently been top notch!

Koons’ service has consistently been top notch! Has been for 22 years now. And during the majority of those years, my service guy has been Todd Eckart and he’s been very professional, helpful and extremely kind to work with. He’s one of the reasons my husband and I continue to buy Toyota vehicles….no one else compares!
