Stuart was kind, patient and accommodating. He was a superstar from the genesis of my interactions with BMW. He answered all of my phone calls and text messages in a timely fashion and accurately.

I am a first time BMW owner.

I am a first time BMW owner. I found the vehicle took a test drive and decided to purchase the it. Easy sale for the dealership but did they try and make me feel welcome offer any thank you’s NO. I email both the manager and my sales person and am still waiting for a response. This was the Malory lane operation, not sure about the Armory branch. But so far not feeling like a welcomed BMW owner. I have no criticism for any of the staff they where professional but could have done more.

Went in for a brake fluid change and annual service and had a great experience! Ryan W. was incredibly kind and helpful. Great at explaining things and making sure I was aware of all of my options. They even shuttled us to a store nearby while I waited for my car. I will absolutely continue to come back here, as will the rest of my family!
