Tires

Lisa was awesome and advised on a set of heavy duty tires. They are smooth and quiet as well as have great traction. I got an amazing life out of the factory tires, but that was just luck I think. These new tires should offer better traction, trailer towing capability, and tire life.

Kellie is the best service advisor

From the moment I drove in, I was treated well. Kellie was my service advisor. She explained everything in easy to understand language and made sure I was comfortable with the services they offered. She kept in contact with me throughout the service. She offered advice on how to fix some scratches on the car, too. I will always ask for Kellie to help me.

Helped on my trip.

I was traveling through Tucson and ran into a problem with tonneau sift cover over my bed of my Ram truck. I called arranged for the part to be shipped to this dealership and they worked me in the next day and took care of me. They were great.

Amazing costumer service

I had a mix up about my scheduled appointment and came a day before, I was really stressed out about my cars general maintenance getting done and the service department was more than happy to fit me into the schedule and get everything my car needed to get done. They were truthful, honorable and just overall amazing.

Always the best service

I drove by service department, i spoke one of the best advisor by the name Todd , ( the best adviser with fully experienced and soooo knowledge adviser ) made an appointment for next day at 7 am , my vehicle got oil changed and replaced windshield same manufactured glass with professional staff. I dropped of my car by 7 am and done and picked up by 11 am . Service summary on paperwork explained service that provided on my car was perfect . Thanks to all mechanic crew and special thanks to Mr. Todd that always respectfully to all customers
