Ram 3500 Pioneer Radio Trouble

Thank you Juan for your consideration and friendly service . Radio screen was not functioning, odometer mileage was blinking. Diagnostic performed and problem resolved in a reasonable amount of time.

Truck

Good communication with staff. Informed me everything that was going on. Dealership did not have my fuel filters but it all was ok. They gave me a list of recommendations of what is coming up.

Fiat 5p0 Pop trunk repair

Samuel always takes good care of me as well as my Fiat. Everyone else is always so accommodating and polite. The waiting area is always comfortably clean as well as the restrooms. Thank you.

Best service !!!! Juan Guiterrez !!!

Crazy broken shift lever on my 2500 Laramie Diesel !!!! Towed to dealership!!!! Juan took over and next morning the fix was recommended and he got her done !!!!!! Terrific work and personable!!!! Juan made me feel like it’s ok we will help !!!! Top shelf !!!!

Stepped-up

I had an oil change at 2:30 and asked if I'd be done by 4:30 so I could pick my daughter up from school on time. 4:30 hit and no word, but I saw my car in the lot. Anyway, another employee stepped-up to finish my paperwork while my worker delt with another customer so I could make it in time.
