Lauren Leonard is a rockstar!

Lauren Leonard is a rockstar! Had a frustrating experience with Toyotas national call in center for scheduling but was fortunately transferred to Lauren and she changed my whole experience from frustrating to fantastic! It was apparent how much she cared about giving me GREAT service from the second we began our interaction. She got me scheduled, serviced my RAV4 with professionalism and got me in and out with great efficiency. Loved my Toyota service experience all because of Lauren! You can see how much she cares in her job. Thank you Lauren!!

After what I been through, I don't think I will buy any

After what I been through, I don't think I will buy any of my future cars from this dealership again. It took them more than 3 weeks to results my spare key issue for use car. Beside the they're never contact you back after my third call and complaining. Very bad customer service

Worst experience.

Worst experience. I have scheduled waiting service but no one cared to check me in, I had to sit in my car in checkin bay for 30mins while other cars pulled around.

Outstanding customer service was knowledgeable and very friendly. DEREK took the time to explain things to me, assisted me with filling out all the paperwork explained the vehicle systems, and then ultimately deliver the vehicle to my home which was over an hour and a half two hours away.
