Excellent Customer Service

He was very personal and not overbearing, which made me feel as if he cared about truly getting me a good deal and not just selling me a car quickly. Dealership smelled and sales manager repeatedly told me he didnt know anything about cars. Sales man was nice. Okay experience but not a comfortable buying process.

No games or tactics!
We knew we eventually wanted to buy a Jeep Wrangler, but Shawn is the reason we bought right away. He is patient, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. There was no need to contemplate a purchase from him because all our questions were answered fully with a friendly and no nonsense manner. His suggestions were based solely on what was a good fit for our family, which is why we will be back when we begin helping our children purchase cars.

Brian at Heritage Made a Dream Happen
I have been dreaming of a jeep wrangler since I was 5 years old. My dream came true thanks to the hard work of the sales consultant that help me. He went well above and beyond as trying to work with what I was saying and trying to find a way to make it all work. As a first time car buyer I was nervous and scared but this man help with every step and made me feel comfortable the entire time. So thank you Brian for all your help.
