Great people, environment and service!

It was a quick and painless visit. I received documentation on recommended maintenance to get done during future maintenance appointments.

1st Service Visit

We purchased a new 2014 Chevy Impala December 27th at Jerry's Chevrolet in Towson.  The salesman was friendly and helpful.  However, on the 1st visit to have the tires rotated and the vehicle detailed things went downhill.  Do not know what they detailed our vehicle with, but the hood, roof, rear bumper and one rear door was scratched. It looked like something was dragged across the roof & hood.  I called and spoke with the sales manager and he assured me that they would take care of it.  Asked me to have the car dropped off on the following Monday and that he would give my wife a loaner car while they took care of the issue on Tuesday, because that was the day the detail crew would be there!  My wife shows up and no one has any idea why she is there, I receive a call from the GM named Mark.  He tells me that the detail crew will be there on Thursday and for us to return late Wednesday.  I explain where we live and Mark says no problem, I'll have someone meet you at your home with the loaner car and take care of the issue.  Ok, I said and Wednesday as I am leaving work around 8pm my wife says no one showed up or called.  I call the GM Mark and he starts cussing that he can't believe that this got screwed up and he will call me right back.  Mark calls back and says everyone is gone in service so he will have someone come get it on Thursday morning.  I say that I'm Ok with this.  So, now it is late Thursday night and I call the GM Mark to see why the car has not been returned.  He tells me that he was not happy with the results and was going to have them redo it on Friday.  On Friday, I meet the driver and see that there is still a scratch on the hood, the one on the rear door not even touched and the rear bumper not touched.  I called the GM Mark and he can't believe that they missed them.  I remarked that you were not happy with the results on Thursday, but you were on Friday!  He says he will have his manager from the body shop give me a call to have them take care of this problem.  I state that I am not comfortable with Jerry's taking care of it because of the issues so far and lack of communication and professionalism.  He asked for another shot, I said I look forward to the return call.  Now, keep in mind this is Friday, March 27th at around 3:30pm.  Saturday came and went, Monday  came and went, Tuesday I call the GM Mark at 6:35pm and leave a message on his personal cell phone.  I went to dinner and called the store at 7:35pm and got his voice mail, called back and asked if was available and was told he was with a customer.  Called back at 8:35pm to find out that he left for the evening! I told the receptionist, "How Convenient" and hung up.....  Be very careful is all I can tell you!

Fantastic female service rep

My service representative was wonderful! You better keep her! Its nice to deal with a woman who doesn't talk down to you when you do not really know about the inner workings of a motor vehicle. She was just great. :-)

Not as promised.

The outside temperature was over 40 degrees, but my car was not washed as promised. I do appreciate that the techs did take minimal time because we had a medical time limit.

Great service in a timely madder

Received friendly greeting upon arrival needed routine maintenance and recall work with estimated work time of 2-1/2 hours of which only took 1-1/2 hours to my surprise and the service representative gave me his card and to call if anything arises. Thanks to Jerry's

Great management and service

I loved that the service guys went the extra mile to remove all the Rice Krispies from all over my car. Also, Mr. Mark Krupinsky was extremely helpful and understanding about my situation of being without transportation as a mom of 4 young children. He helped ensure that my car was completed as quickly as possible.

Great Service

My mother has been a customer of Jerry's Chevrolet for years, so far the service department has been great. And all I can say, is keep up on the free car wash but you might want to step up on vacuumin out the inside a little..
