There are always a lot of choices when you are considering where to purchase your vehicle. I came into the search not really sure of whether I wanted to purchase a new vehicle or not. My experience with Ray helped my make my decision (I purchased). Ray is a very personable person but professional as well. This was a no hassle process and everything on the final contract was as verbally discussed. I have dealt with dealers that will say anything to get you into the door and then throw a curve at the end. This was not that type of dealer, that?s why they got the sale..

We had done our research on Ford Raptors, and found one of interest on Koons Ford of Baltimore's website. We called the dealership on Friday morning, and spoke with Mark Rodgers. We advised him that we were headed from VA in hopes of purchasing the vehicle, but very much wanted to be through with the process, and back home before the afternoon rush hour. There we met Mark, and our salesman, Ahmed Baroud. We took a test drive, purchased the vehicle at the website price without hassle, received an immediate vehicle loan, and took in Ahmed's complete tutorial of all the gadgetry in time to be home before dinner. We have purchased our last several vehicles through buying services to prevent the lengthy and stressful experience that is typical of buying a vehicle. Koons Ford of Baltimore was nothing short of the perfect experience. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
