I was charged $10 a toll on the rental I was issued while

I was charged $10 a toll on the rental I was issued while my 2022 Mustang was having a warranty backed part replaced. I ran up a $65 bill in a day without knowing. They obviously have it included in the fine print of the contract. Hard to believe a company like Koons would send their customers to the local Hertz to get ripped off like this. I’ll buy my next Mustang from somewhere else. I won’t be back to Koons. Even if they pay me to stop by…

I dropped off my truck at Koons Ford on a Wednesday

I dropped off my truck at Koons Ford on a Wednesday afternoon, a day earlier than my scheduled service appointment. However, when I called on Saturday morning, my representative informed me that my truck had not yet been worked on and that they would start on Monday. This meant that my truck sat for three days without any attention, despite having a scheduled appointment and clear details of the required work. Upon picking up my truck, I received no information about the repairs or actions taken. It was only through my own questioning that I learned what had been done to my vehicle. Additionally, the car rental period was supposed to be extended by my representative, but this never happened. As a result, my credit card was charged for three additional days—the same number of days my truck sat unserviced at Koons Ford. This issue could not be resolved over the phone, so I had to wait at the Hertz Car Rental before receiving assistance. This was a very disappointing visit experience with Koons Ford!

Salesman Carey was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Carey made sure I was taken care of! He kept fighting for us trying to get a better deal even when his manager only offered us $200 off for a badly dented scratch the Murano had🙄. They provided lunch which was cool, much appreciated! Overall, I highly recommend salesman Carey if you're in the market for a new vehicle!

I want to start off by saying I bring in all my trucks in here for service and never had an issue. Came in for service and was not told a single thing about my vehicle I was just given the bill with no inspection report. On top of that they used my rewards points without my consent when I have the rewards visa. I wish I could have saved them for something down the line. I think other ford dealerships may have won my loyalty.

Zero customer service from the saleslady to the Finance

Zero customer service from the saleslady to the Finance guy to Manager, Used cars. Everyone is xxxx too busy to address your concern. The interest rate I signed on the glass table is not what was given to me on the flash drive. I was sold an electric vehicle without a home-charger, the first order came incomplete not until the 7th day and no apology. They over-charged me for tag transfer and lied to me that MVA will refund me. MVA applied my payment to the new car, which means they never paid MVA any fees for the new registration. I am still being owed up till now. When I complained to the manager, he did not even reply my text and the sales lady stopped answering my calls.
