From beginning to end I have loved my experience. Henry was fabulous in handling my salde. He has a great de.eanor and was very patient. Vincent was superb in how swiftly he had the deal done and was very informative with the options offered. Brandon was super nice in answering my calls in requesting courtesy shuttle and made a point to meet me personally upon my arrival. Everyone else (I did not get their names) were super helpful. What stuck me was how professional the sales staff was and extremely nice, willing to make sure I had my needs met. I have not bought a car in 13 years and have always loathed the process. This experience has changed my mind! Great work Koons Annapolis!

My husband and I just purchased our THIRD vehicle from this dealership. Scott Snyder and Neal Barrett are simply amazing. They work with us on finding exactly what we want and don't waste our time trying to show us things that wouldn't be in our price range or fit with our lifestyle, they remember details about us as individuals, and the entire experience is comfortable and positive, and we walk away very happy. We will continue to go back to this dealership and highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle!

Took me 3 inquires to get a response. When I asked for lease pricing, I was given a monthly payment that would have me paying $1000 over MSRP for the car. Then when I said the payment is much higher than provided by other dealers, I was told I can speak to the manager, or they will close out my lead! An ultimatum that they will stop talking to me!!! The nerve - I terminated the dialogue immediately. STAY AWAY - VERY DISHONEST

Most people hate buying cars because of the salesman’s seemingly tricky and high pressure tactics. You will NOT find that at Koons of Annapolis. I was looking for a new car and a friend recommended that I call Chris Zook at Koons of Annapolis after being very frustrated with my experience at other dealerships. Chris is in used car sales, but assisted me with my new car. He was absolutely amazing, honest and forthright, and helpful. I could not have had a better experience at this dealership. Everyone was very professional - from the finance person (Latoya Gardner) to the sales manager (Scott Snyder) and of course, our salesman (Chris Zook). We will probably never buy from another dealership after this experience and would recommend them to everyone.

This dealership experience was one of the best that I've had in long time. Right from the start of setting up my appointment with Cassidy, through the various options and test drives, and concluding with the purchase, I felt completely at ease the entire time. Cassidy was a pleasant, knowledgeable sales associate who did a great job translating my needs into a new Prius. While many other dealerships have people that act the part, Cassidy's sincerity of trying to get me exactly what I needed in a vehicle is something you don't find across the industry. Previous car dealer experiences left me dreading the purchase of a new vehicle but this one was so seamless and easy. I'll definitely be back for future car needs.

More and more you see so many companies where customer service is lacking. But I can honestly say that Koons Toyota in Annapolis still believes in it. We just purchased a new 4Runner and had some extras added. When we dropped the vehicle off to get them put on, we expected it to be done within a day. 3 days later, and after several calls and delays the service dept. said it was finally ready, only to find out when we arrived to pick it up, that it was not completed. I spoke with the General Sales Mgr. Suheil Katan to explain my dissatisfaction. He immediately took care of the situation and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care. Thank you Mr. Katan for keeping customer service a priority.

Caroline is the cream of the top! My wife and I spoke with her via phone before we came in the next morning, she took the time to bring up the trucks and explain everything to us the difference between a sport and a off road both. Then we weren't sure what color we liked the best, she took the time to walk with us on the lot and show us every color they had available, we picked a white Tacoma Off Road. As we were waiting for finance she showed us the Corolla in the showroom and explained about the Toyota safety features, so we brought my mother in and BOYYYYYY did she fall in love with not only Caroline but with the car itself. It's too bad she isn't listed on here, but go see Caroline she's the best one! Plus Viktor in finance is absolutely wonderful!

Koons of Annapolis is really changing constantly w six sigma. I'm in a rough spot after making some fidical mistakes and the new car team led by Mr Katan Sean and Henry as sales associate are worth their weight in gold. Dan in used cars Veteran friendly. Be back for second used car very soon.

My wife and I visited Koons Toyota of Annapolis last week. After some troubling experiences with other Toyota dealers, I called Koons Toyota of Annapolis and spoke with Neal Barrett. Right off the bat, I knew this dealer would be the place we would purchase our next vehicle. Neal was nothing short of awesome and helped provide avenues for getting a good discount with our new car purchase. Neal eased our mind that they had plenty of inventory for the model and options we were looking for with a Highlander. The negotiation of the vehicle took less than 30 minutes with Neal and his manager, Scott Snyder, who was extremely willing and ready to listen to our price point and needs. We shook on a price and within 30 mins, we were with the Finance team. Viktor Beshidze and Suheil Katan were outstanding as well. They provided all our options for payments and rates, along with optional add-ons, which we agreed we needed with our new vehicle. They were easy to deal with and were not pressuring us for upsells and truly wanted to know what we needed and whether it was necessary for our needs. I can go on and on, but this is the type of dealer everyone needs to experience to truly enjoy the new car buying experience. We enjoyed the experience so much so, that I've already relayed the wonderful experience to my father, who would like to purchase a new Toyota Camry and we will be visiting Neal and Scott very soon!
