I was recommended to shop this dealership by my father...

I was recommended to shop this dealership by my father and specifically to ask for Mr. Mcpeek. Now I know why. I have NEVER experienced such service when purchasing a vehicle!! Mr Mcpeek was very professional and personable! The process was seamless and not a bit intimidating (not like other dealers in my past experience) He listen to my needs and and totally delivered!! I am going to recommend everyone I know that is in the market of buying a car to look up Mr Mcpeek and Jeff Wyler Nissan Cadillac Kia

Harold Meek is the best car salesman I've ever had...

Harold Meek is the best car salesman I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He is the genuine deal. I no longer fear purchasing a new car because I can always go and see him. He made my life so much easier by helping me learn the features of my new SRX. Thanks Harold!

the body work repair should have be better than what they...

the body work repair should have be better than what they are. 1/ rear bumped already marked 2/ rear bumper with a 6" long scratch 3/ rear right stop light housing not line up with bumper 4/ .... being a 3rd vehicle , it is not too much of a big deal however the end result should be better than what I got The body Shop called me to fix these issues. An appointment was scheduled on 6/19/13 to get the rear bumper redone The car was redone on 6/21/13 . Curt and I did a walk through and everything was spot on and the car looks great. recommended body shop , good end result.

This is my first Nissan and my first experience with a...

This is my first Nissan and my first experience with a Jeff Wyler dealership, but probably won't be my last. Harold McPeek was great to work with and went out of his way to help me from the moment he knew I was looking for a new car. He made sure the entire process was easy and convenient for me and that I ended up with exactly what I wanted. He actually spent more time with me after the sale than before. He not only demonstrated all of the cool features of my new Juke, he also gave me a tour of the dealership and service department and introduced me to people I may need to know later. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car.

I had a very good experience today at Jeff Wyler Fairfield Kia. Duke did a great job at getting me everything I ask for and was very pleasant. I have been doing business with them for several years and today I bought a Kia Soul 2013. This is my 3rd Kia purchase and I'm very pleased with the treatment I received from Duke and will continue to do my business with him in the future. He done a great job at teaching me how to use all the new features that I didn't have with my Spectra, and it is awesome. Thank you very much Duke, I look forward to talking with you again. Definitely will return to this dealership!

It was very refreshing dealing with Jeff Wyler. My salesman, Eric, was very helpful, not just low pressure but NO pressure. I told him what I was looking for and after showing me a couple of models that I was interested in quickly came back with a great deal that we could agree on. I financed the vehicle there because their rate was half what my own bank offered. And I love the car!! I will definitely return to Jeff Wyler for my next vehicle purchase.

I was just out to test drive a CTS, a car I have always admired. I am so thankful I was led to Jeff Wyler Cadillac in fairfield where I met John Reed. He is not only a wonderful sales person, but I feel as though I have truly made a friend. He let me make my own decisions in private with my husband, and used my decisions to find me my perfect Cadillac. When I purchased my XTS, he made me feel special, he gave me undivided attention showing me every detail on my car. When I left with my XTS I didn't just drive home to figure it out by myself. I new what to do and I also felt like I joined a family of people who care about my needs and my new car almost as much as I do, haha! If you are looking for true customer service I recommend visiting John Reed at Jeff Wyler Cadillac Fairfield Ohio.

Buying a new car can be very stressful. John made the experience fun, delightful and a joy. From the time he introduced himself to me until the time I drove off in my new Nissan, I never once thought that I was being pressured into a purchase or that my time spent at the dealership was being hurried. I was treated like a queen. He even introduced me to the service department, so that I would know faces and names for my future service needs. Thanks so much John for a great experience. Marion

We purchased a new Cadillac and it seemed to pull to the right. The advisor drove the vehicle and felt it needed to be aligned, which he did. My husband took the car to the dealership and he feels that the problem has been corrected.
