Don't waste your money...go elsewhere!
I purchased a 2014 Ford Edge Limited about a month ago, my salesman was Ben Mann. This is not the first vehicle I have purchased from the Jeff Wyler Eastgate Auto Mall...but it is the last time I will spend my hard earned dollars at that establishment. Once you sign on that dotted line, trying to get any help from them is a Herculean feat. The day after I drove the car off the lot the check engine light came on. I wasn't especially alarmed, the car was still under warranty...but I didn't expect to get the run around when I tried to get it fixed. Turns out they failed to do a used car inspection before releasing the car, not really a big deal, but it becomes a big deal when you can't get someone to respond to your calls. After four days they did get the car repaired, but not before a great deal of frustration. And you would think they would make some sort of goodwill gesture, but no. As a matter of fact, when I asked them to replace the sticker for the unlimited car washes I had purchased on the vehicle I traded in, I got a very rude "You'll have to buy a new one!" My husband will be replacing his car in the Summer of 2016 and we'll be looking at other dealerships...even though the Eastgate Auto Mall is only a couple miles from our home.
