Good experience

I had a very good car shopping experience here. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I ended up leasing a 2015 Mazda 6. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to others.

Great Customer Service

We just recently purchase 2 Chevrolet Malibu's and our sales rep, Tim Nix, was outstanding! He definitely went out of his way to make sure we were beyond satisfied with our purchases, great customer service! Definitely recommended him to anyone looking to purchase a new Chevy!

Window replacement and repair of molding

Inside of windshield was scratched on my 2014 Silverado. Service department agreed to replace the window with a scheduled appointment. Window company left molding around bottom of windshield in unacceptable condition. Spoke with GM Service Mgr. Rodney Gray and Assistant GM Service Mgr. Brett Wass, they requested me to bring the vehicle back and the damaged molding would be replaced with new molding. A little "hiccup" in the repair, however, Mr. Gray and Mr. Wass made sure the repair was done to my satisfaction and exacting standards. I will definitely visit Jeff Wyler in Batavia for all my vehicle service needs and next vehicle purchase. Customers are like family at this Dealership. Bud Siebel

Just bought a Jeep Sahara from Jeff Wyler and Duane Clayton!

Had a great experience with Jeff Wyler and Duane Clayton. This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Jeff Wyler. The other 2 were a Chevy and a Nissan. This time it is a Jeep and all my experiences have been great ones! My husband and I just went in with the intention of test driving the Sahara and we came away the very same day with a new one! Duane was great as was the entire team who worked hard to locate and have the exact Jeep I wanted. It took the team to locate it, and drive it from another location and I love it. Duane was knowledgeable, friendly and anything he didn't know he found the answer to. The Manager was equally professional and helpful and didn't just remain hidden. The finance person was also quick, smart and knowledgeable. Way to go Duane and way to go team Jeff Wyler!
