Best car buying experience ever!

This was my first time buying a new car. I've always herd horror stories about going in and purchasing a vehicle. The salesman who assisted me was named James Wright. Very professional and respectful employee. I will recommend everyone I know to go into Jeff Tyler Chevrolet in Eastgate. James Wright made my experience non stressful and asked all of my questions and was very patient with me. I will be back for my next purchase in the near future!

My first new car purchase!

Amazing service

This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Joe our salesman was absolutely amazing and I could not have asked for it to go any smoother. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a great deal along with great service.

Best Possible Experience

I found myself needing to replace my car much earlier than I'd planned. Until last night, I hadn't purchased a car through a dealership in seventeen years and at that point I had both of my parents with me. For various reasons, I was very nervous about the whole potential car buying experience. Kim Rice was absolutely amazing to work with and was able to put me in a brand new Kia Soul, an option that I hadn't considered a serious possibility. I left the dealership not only with a brand new car, but feeling very silly about how nervous I had been. The experience couldn't possibly have been any better. Kim - and everyone I encountered at the dealership - put me at ease and definitely earned all of the kudos I can possibly give.

Anthony Daniels #1 Leasing Consultant

Jeep repair

I had to have my 2012 jeep head replaced, but to be honest after the beating that i took at the dealor in Clarksville Tn. I was very apprihensive and would have drove my jeep running as poorly as it was, if not for Jason he is a man of his word and made this repair go very smoothly. This was major work and you cannot tell that is was ever touched no grease no leaks no nothing other than my ultra clean machine was returned to me, the way that i dropped it off, It does not get any better than that. . I reccomend that if you have any issue large or small with your Mopar vehicle contact Jason in Jeff Wylers service department

Patience is key

I went to Jeff Wyler to test drive some SUV's, just to get a feel of what I would be interested in. Dayleen worked with me all evening and putme in multiple vehicles and told me some fun facts about each one. I came back in the next day to talk numbers and when I walked away from Mazda, unsatisfied with the manager not even remotely trying to work with me, I was going to head home, until Dayleen came out to find me before I left. Her personality defintely kept me hopeful to find something in my price range that night. She took me to Chevy, which is where we started on day one, and the manager there already was working with me. It was a process, but with some awesome people and patience, I walked out with my new 2015 Chevy equinox lt in a price range I wanted and could afford only being 22 years old. It was everything I wanted in a compact SUV. I will always remember the wonderful service Dayleen and Cedric gave me that day. They weren't just trying to get my money, they actually cared and worked with me and related to me. I felt like that were being human like everyone else, not just a salesperson. I will be back in the future. Thank you Jeff Wyler!

Great and Friendly service

Drew Melton was great! This is the first car I bought for myself in a long time. With Drew's help we found the right vehicle for me. Plus the price range I was looking for in a vehicle. Overall it was a great experience!
